This business doesn't even deserve one star! Went in on Saturday, July 2 and purchased a refrigerator for $405. They delivered it. Bring it home, freezer works great after 24 hours, but the fridge side stayed warm. Called numerous times and got an answering machine. i finally got a hold of someone this morning, July 5th, and they said they would "try" to get someone out here today. At 3pm, they called me back and said someone would be here in 30 minutes. THEY NEVER SHOWED! I called back over and over, to get an answering machine and left several messages. My sister in Chicago called them, he answered and claimed the tech knocked on my door and we never answered! LIE! We've been sitting here waiting!!! Called them back, no answer. After the 10th time, he answered and gave numerous excuses as to why they can't come today. I explained my food is spoiled, how we paid them all that money for something that doesn't work! Now they're saying, they can "try" to send someone tomorrow! DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES HERE! Absolutely horrible customer service! Now I'm stuck with a broken refrigerator and spoiled food. i bought a refrigerator a few weeks ago and I love it. It has worked great since I have had it until recently when the bottom stopped getting cold. The freezer was still working great but the bottom wasn't getting cold. I had a warranty so I called them and she said they would be out to fix it. They were out the next evening. The freezer had ice covering the vents in the back due to the way I had everything stacked so that it blocked air circulation, but they cleaned out the ice and made sure it was working again. Although it had been my actions that caused it, they were nice and cleared it up and cleaned it up for me without a problem. It is working great again and I appreciate it. They followed through on the warranty and were very helpful, and I still love the fridge! I also got a used washer /dryer set when I bought the fridge and love them too. I had to replace my old ones and the prices were pretty good. I am a repeat customer and still very happy:) Would highly recommend them...

This place is awful!!! I bought a used refrigerator on 3/27/16 and on 5/10/16 it stops working..We contact the owner since we had a 90 warranty and he tries to give me something smaller than what I bought..He wouldn't even deliver it..Not to mention the $100.00 worth of food I had to throw away...So he says he has nothing comparable to what I bought so now he says he has a new one that i can have for $80.00 more making this $300.00 I paid..No delivery or warranty for this one....Well as of this morning it stopped working..Really!!! Don't but from this jerk cause he is not a HONEST PERSON about his...
