Stater Bros. Markets — Local services in Hesperia

I am changing my review, because I spoke with the regional district manager…I feel stupid because I forgot his name, sorry. I discussed the reasoning behind my disappointment. He checked into it and we talked again, this time with Jennifer, bakery manager. They took my review seriously and dealt with it professionally. Jennifer is even gonna check out the other store to see what I was talking about. That’s very professional. It’s not a “fault” thing. I just feel continuity of product is a big deal. They agreed.

I bought a cheddar cheese/jalapeño roll. It only had 3 small jalapeños on it. Some only had 2 jalapeño slices. Saving money can’t be the issue because the stater brothers on Main and G have lots of jalapeños. It is, after all, called Jalapeño/cheddar rolls. Not the way to save money by being stingy with a main ingredient. If the other stater brothers, on G & Main, can do it so should you. Continuity is the key word here. Please stop being so stingy. ALL THE ROLLS were extra light on the jalapeños. Or don’t call it a Jalapeño cheddar roll. Seriously shameful. I took a picture of one from G, loaded with jalapeños and a picture of this Main & Maple store. Sad, sad, sad folks. I WILL be checking. Maybe corporate needs to weigh in.

I would like to say that my experience here at the stater Brothers in Hesperia off of Maple and main has been a great experience especially for the deli section Robert and Daniela who assisted my good friend home girl Jen because she purchased some delicious chicken fingers and one of them fell before she had a chance to taste it and was trying to do the 5 second rule and Robert without hesitation threw away the piece that fell on the floor and replaced it right away thank you you guys I hope this review helps and you guys are the best go stater Brothers Hesperia. I got the help all done and that I needed to bag my groceries and Miss Vicky who was the cashier on main number for and what was his name and Ruben who was kind enough to bag all of my groceries could not accept the tip that I wanted to give him so I hope that this review goes to corporate and that they may get a raise so once again you go stater...

I have shopped here since the 80's!! always friendly. prices are competitive . but I have one pet peeve. they put the ice up front where you forget sometimes and have to go back. I've even payed for it and sometimes I forget to grab it. Here's my solution: Place reusable placards with a sku# on a hook suction cupped to the glass doors where all the cold beverages are. And hang some in the warm soda and water isles. That way you'll have something to scan at the cashiers. and they can be replace by the crew that does go backs and shelve straitening. I've suggested this to many managers thru out the years that have thought it was a great idea, but it's never happened . I think it's a great idea even for profit. because most that forget don't really want to come back, so they run by the dollar store or 7-11 because its quicker. That's lost revenue.
