Taco My Hacienda — Restaurant in Hesperia

Was looking for a good Mexican food place to eat at and decided to give this place a shot.

You can always tell if the Mexican food is good when walk in and see Mexicans eating at the establishment. That's always a good sign, but not sure about this place.

Ordered the combo which was 2 tacos, beans, and rice. I chose Al Pastor and they were small. The beans were good and the rice was okay. Nothing to write home about.

Also ordered a side of taquitos which were bland, came with sour cream and guacamole. The sour cream was runny, the guacamole was watery and meh. Will not order the taquitos again.

They have a little "bar" that has different types of salsa, chopped onions, cilantro, and jalapeños for the customers to pick from.

My wife ordered the cheese enchilada combo. I had a few bites and those were good. The enchilada sauce reminds me of my Tio's.

The service was good and fast. This place is over priced for the amount of food and the quality. I expected a lot more from this business. Not quite sure if...

Tacos My Hacienda is by far the best Mexican restaurant in the high desert. They do not advertise and they really should because they deserve more recognition. The regular or wet carne asada burrito is my top favorite. They offer nacho cheese or shredded cheese for them delicious carne asada nachos or fries. The carnitas are also good. They're salsa bar is amazing and they range from the mildest to the hottest so there is something tasty for everyone. First of all I’ve been coming here for years. The place is straight fire! I always order tacos for my girls the street tacos and they love them all: al pastor, carne asada, carnitas…🔥🔥🔥 Ok next, the beans… homemade refried beans 👀 the good kind! Service is always great. Today I tried the carnitas burrito. I literally wanted to go back up there and give a bigger tip. I only gave $5. Listen if you want the best beans in Hesperia come here.
