This review would have been 4stars if I reviewed from the grand opening, that day was wonderful friendly helpful staff great iteams clean and organize now fast forward only 5 days and a total different experience the cashier lady treated us like criminals fallowing us around the store with a really rude attitude could not even ask question about the merchandise with out attitude the store was a complete mess open boxes broken merchandise all over basically her attitude was like just be happy you are getting a deal when we went to pay she open all the seald up boxes and took all the stuff out and counted all the items like if we stuffed the box with extra stuff and then did not return the iteams to the box we had purchased around $200 dollars worth of stuff for a party we are having soon and she was just so rude when we ask if everything was okay she just said calm down we had zero attitude at all with her even tride to lighten her mood with small talk anyway avoid this rude place you can't return anything at all there was a poor lady who had just left the store and one of her items feel apart right out side the door she went back in to return it 5 different workers and miss rude herself gang up on her when she ask if she could use her store credit another day because she had to leave she said no it's only good for today me and my family and friends will not shop at this store again I don't see it lasting anyway ......

After hearing about this place, my very visit I was excited about all the household items. I didn’t purchase anything at the time. Recently went back purchased a dishwasher a little reluctant because it is visibly obvious that the appliances had some physical damage. I didn’t need perfect, I need a drop in price and something that works. If you have a fix it person at home or in your circle your good. So, I waited before offering my review. Here is what you need to know before purchasing.. Store associates were completely honest with me, do your own measuring, consider transport options, warranty for appliances with GE has been reliable, extended warranty not expensive. It was about 3 days before someone came out discovered the issue, 1week for part to come in and I had working dishwasher 2 weeks after purchasing. And they completed installation for me. Warranty is for a year. So I say be wise and understand what you are expecting in a price drop. Also, understand the city they need to be vigilant because HD has a bunch of thieves up here and they have to protect their assets....

Me and my husband have been here about 4 times now.I hate to shop where I feel like someone is tracking every aisle I go to.Me and my husband recently went here looking for a handicap bar for our shower had no luck finding that so we left empty handed that trip but we have purchased some great buys here like a new shower head.After our recent trip we probably won't return because I really didn't see much of anything new as far as stock.Maybe I will consider returning in a few months or by the end of the year maybe I might find some more great products at a good price.Also they had the restrooms blocked off like fort Knox whenever I feel I'm not good enough to use a business restroom then maybe my money isn't good enough to shop there either.Too many businesses denying use of the bathroom anymore this should not be aloud especially when its human nature to have to go potty and nobody should be denied relieving their bladder or Bowels especially when people have health problems that make it impossible to...
