I've only been here twice and I'm never returning.

The first time I came, I came with a friend and ordered strawberries and creme and one popsicle($2). "Cinco" she said. My friend gave her $6. She should have given the $1 back but we decided to just let her keep it. This was the first instance of being taken advantage of, albeit, the treats were delicious. Cinco = 5

My second visit, today, I ordered the same thing... She tried to up sale or pretend like she didn't know what I was talking about, but eventually figured it out. Strawberries and creme and one popsicle($2). "Seis" she said. Like OK... $1 more than last time. I gave her my atm card and she charged 50¢ extra, no explanation, no signage. $6.50 for a popsicle and strawberries and creme in a carton?! I was pissed. Seis = 6

I get home and realize this isn't the same strawberries and creme I ordered last time. While preparing my order, she took my carton of strawberries to the back?? I figure she must've scooped some out cause it wasn't the same as last time. There was more strawberries last time. Again, no explanation. I ordered strawberries and creme, not creme and strawberries!

Just because one doesn't speak the language, doesn't mean they don't understand and that doesn't give you the right to discriminate. Be careful or you'll get robbed...

I’ve come here since they open. The owner was always there and everything run good. He was very nice and ladies. As today August 24/2018 I can say this place has make a big change. Employees now are nice and yet food is good, but they are kind of lazy and play around too much. 2 months ago I tried ordering thru the phone and called like 7 times they never picked up the phone. When we went in, the lady said that the owners tells them not to answer the phone when they are busy, which does not make sense. If they know they get busy why do they not have an extra person??? I meant.. Food is good anyways; but customer service...

First time visiting this establishment and in my opinion one of the worst milk icecream is sold here. I had the queso icecream and my husband the piñon and nuez, none of them had flavor maybe the nuez icecream had an after flavor to nuez but that was it. I discribe it like if we were eating a block of lard. Customer service is not better they don't greet you when you walk in nor say thank you when your order is served. The cashier needs better training she is clueless about this business can not answer questions about the products been served here. I'm sorry may be it won't matter but we will not be back nor...
