Something needs to be done. I went to little ceasars and ordered a pepperoni hot and ready and puffs. It took 30 mins for me to get my food. I was patient for the first 15 mins as I watched approximately 12 people go in and out. When I noticed my food sitting on the counter, I pointed and asked the lady for my food. She told me no that's not yours and smirked and kept walking around acting like she was doing things. As my food sat there getting cold Im standing there patiently. I asked a few minutes later as i pointed to my food. She said no thats not yours. A few mins later as i am staring at her and looking at my food she smirked and picked my food up and smirked at me again then walked over to the counter. Everytime I go there i watch this woman be rude to everyone. Its like she picks and chooses who she is going to be rude to for no reason.
They need to shut this place done for all the unsanitary things going on there and re-train their employees and start again. Read the reviews and listen to your customers..Not everyone will take the time to write a review. You might want to try putting the general managers number up so you can really hear the truth about whats going on at this location.

Read moreRudest staff I have ever experienced. Busy night, waiting in line. Not only does the girl at the counter not acknowledge anyone in line but walks away to snicker and gossip with another employee. I had no idea what was going on back there, but the staff kept customers waiting in line for assistance. The phone rings and one employee answers the phone, still not acknowledging the line that is now 7 people long. She's on the phone and then puts the phone down to bring the other employee over and speaks on the phone, now both of them are on the same phone , not sure what was sooooooo funny that had them laughing and laughing . At this point people are enraged and start asking questions, one of the employees just lifts a finger as to shush the customers while they're on the phone. Once the call ended. We demanded a manager.... low and behold, the person who lifted their finger IS the manager. I am beyond disappointed in this business being ran by this person, what a shame to hold the manager title and acting like youre in highschool, gossiping ,not attending customers, treating us like dogs that need to sit shutup and wait. I have never and I mean NEVER seen this horrible customer service happen...
Read moreWhen I go to Little Caesars on Main and Topaz I always make a phone order for a light sauce cheese pizza and it would normally take 10-15 minutes for it to be ready but not this time. It took more than 45 minutes for a light sauce cheese pizza to be ready and that is no right. When I asked an employee about what was going on with my order all he told me was that he didn't know because he was on break, come on you call that great customer service more like horrible customer service. The manager really does not know how to manage the place because they were running out of cheese, pepperoni, etc. and had no pizzas ready and were making up any excuse for them to not have your order ready. When I payed the cashier he was rude and just threw the money instead of handing it to me. Overall the service was horrible, and the employees are rude and don't know how to help a customer out and I really don't know if I will ever be going to this place again because I was a regularly customer there.
