1 star is too much to give. This place is a circus!!! It was my first time here with my wife and my last. We decided to try several things. Keep in mind there's just two of us. We ordered meatballs, bulldog pizza and boneless wings. Usually, pizza places take about 20-30 minutes. They quoted a 25 minute wait. But we end up waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes. 40 minutes for 4 pieces of meatballs and 1 hr 10min for the pizza. The thing about this is we didn't get our wings. A family of 8 comes in 15 minutes after us and gets served within 25 minutes. Pizza, wings, meatballs, bread, etc. Here's the worst part guys... Giovanni (their "manager") has the audacity to lie and say my wings got pushed back because it was cold. But I literally saw one of the workers barely starting on it. Then he sits here and argues with me saying I'm wrong and my wings are on its way out. I told him to go check and he comes back making another excuse saying he got my order wrong. BUT THERE WAS NOTHING COMING OUT! Long story short.... pizza was too overpriced for this pathetic service. They got little kids managing this franchise. I was actually excited but 110% I won't come back and I will continue to not recommend this place to everyone I meet and talk to.
