We’ll never been accused of trying to steal Taco Bell until the “manager” in drive thru, who first wasn’t the least bit manager like on my first pass thru the drive thru. Shorted me an entire meal and when I came around a second time actually tried to saw that she was sure everything was there. Told her she could check herself basically disappeared for around 5 minutes and came back to the window saying they re-separated everything and it’s all there. While supposedly re-separating it the line cool comes and is just staring at me and I am at this point laughing at their incompetence and audacity to try and think I would really want to steal their food. She keeps saying oh he is laughing, he is laughing like I am trying to pull something. So this could’ve been over with an apology but now it’s going to become something. I won’t stop until the DM and owner find out about this. Oh by the way they when she came back with my food there was a whole extra bag with food that was hotter than all the rest. So you tell me if everything was always there then everything would be the same temperature or right around it. So Ms Manager I hope you understand the way you handled this was unbecoming of a manager and I will make sure you are held accountable. Oh and keep staring at me from inside your store when I am rechecking my food is a good way to cause confrontation and a unstable minded person would’ve escalated it. Read moreat least they got half of my order right. I ordered 4 tacos in total, 2 chicken, 1 steak, and 1 beef taco. I told the guy no lettuce on all of the tacos and extra cheese on all of them. He asks me if my order looks correct on the screen. I tell him yes but ask him if he understood no lettuce on the rest of the tacos since the screen only said no lettuce on the beef taco. He gets all huffy with me saying "well I have it now" in a rude way. I didn't say anything but as soon as I got my food I already knew my order would be wrong. I open the bag and 2 of the tacos are covered in lettuce and only one has extra cheese. Also they just randomly thew an extra taco in there, which was also covered in lettuce. No offense but how difficult was it to understand my order lol? They weren't even busy. If they forgot the extra cheese I could live with that, but I spent $18 on 4 tacos and 2 drinks, but 2 of the tacos were made wrong and only 1 had extra cheese. I work in fast food too so I didn't make a big stink about it, maybe they were just having a bad day I have no idea. Also the taco bell on Palmdale road by starbucks and where the old target used to be literally puts lettuce on my food no matter what. : ( . Read morePoor customer service by lady named Lala, the person taking the payments had a great attitude and nice customer service skills. An item was missing from my drive thru order. Once i got home and served my family we noticed a bowl was missing that happen to be my son's dinner. No big deal, i left my family eating and drive back. I told the drive thru lady what had happen, i was told pull around so we can verify you were charged. So i did that, once it was confirmed the lady named lala proceeded to ask for all my bags back. I was in shock as i had already said when i got home and opened all the bags and served my family we noticed it was missing. My order was almost $70 i don't think anyone would leave their food at home getting cold to drive all the way back for a $6 bowl! Had it not been my sons dinner i never would have went back, but it was all he had ordered. I understand things are stressful during this pandemic and everyone is going through things but her attitude and anger did not need to be projected on me nor the fact that she messed up as she was the one making the food.
