First of I have to say that Oscar is an amazing host. He was very accommodating and engaging and on top of it all, patient. I went in a few times during the course of 24 hours to get some sandwiches for my staff and also for myself. On this particular ocasion (5/1/17) I was greeted by Joshua, who is also a fairly knowledgeable subway guy and he did everything correctly on my sandwich. Yasmin assisted me a few hours prior to this visit and I gave her a fairly complex and somewhat crazy request- to cut up my philly steak meat into smaller pieces and just toast the meat with the cheese (I recently had my wisdom teeth pulled so it was important for me to be able to eat everything in small gulps and minimal chewing). The environment was a very enjoyable and the overall experience was probably one of the best I've had at a Subway. Excellent team and great effort by these three on separate occasions! Read moreThe franchise owner of this store needs to go in to work. Today was the second time I did curbside pickup and I waited as instructed in the app. After 20 minutes my order wasn't brought out. I went in there and there's one employee. My sandwiches sitting in the back. Not refrigerator temperature controlled just sitting there on a back table. The employee said sorry that she was by herself. And she probably was making six sandwiches at that time. If I hadn't gone in I don't know when I would have gotten the order. I don't know if there's a manager there or not. But if there was they should have come in from the back and helped. If there was no one else on duty then the franchise owners should come in from home and run and help their store. My bread was stale. The meat no longer cold. Read moreOnline ordering has ruined another food place. When you think you're next in line at any Subway.....your not. There is always a ton of sandwiches needing to be made from online ordering. God forbid the store is out of a certain meat. When that happens , the online folks come in and are told that the order they paid for can't be made because they are out. So they jump in front of whoever is standing in line to get their order completed. There is just no point of going inside to get food ,because even if there is no one in the store , you are still subjected to waiting to start getting your meal. I like Subway, but it feels a lot like going to Disneyland and watching all the fast pass people get on the ride you have been waiting in line for an hour.
