Artsy Nail Bar — Local services in Hialeah

From my understanding, they have two location, one in Hialeah and one in Pembroke Pines… I sent a picture and Was told that the nail tech can draw exactly like the picture… ( simple 2 color abstract design) Let’s just say, the nail tech played on my hands.. And when calling management The owner tried to convince me that the nail art look just like the picture and if I wanted it to look exactly like the picture that she would have charged more and booked it for another time ( I don’t know who books an appointment just for fun) lol.. And then proceeded to tell me that I was not clear or direct although I asked three times and sent a picture Of the finished product.. I had a client Translate after I told her from the first finger that it did not look like the picture and she told me she will fix it later… just for none of the designs to come out neat, none of them were even, nothing looked like the picture … And instead of taking accountability, they just let me walk out to justify lol I’m assuming the reviews are coming from clients that were serviced by the actual owner and not the nail techs...

First 1 star review of my life and well deserved. This place is unprofessional. I booked with the owner for 8:00 am today 07/04/2024. I am very bad at waking up early so I got up at 7 am even though this place is near me. Then I get a text at 7 am saying the appointment is actually at 9:00. Strike 1. I get there and the place is a maze which made me get there at 9:10 even tho I parked at 9:03. I go inside and this girl who was not my tech barely looks up at me, doesn’t even confirm the name of the salon, it was like pulling teeth to get info out of her. 🙄 0 customer service strike 2. Then the owner texts me at 09:18 saying she’s gonna be 20 mins late. If that’s the case… then don’t put up that you have a time slot at 8:00 for it to end up being at almost 10....

Karen has been my nail tech for over a year and these pictures don’t even do the work justice! Her retention is insane!! (my nails literally last a month, even longer sometimes) my natural nails are so strong even though i get Apres and i swear its because of karen. She has any color you could possibly think of and is willing to try any design/style. She is so nice and funny, she just makes the experience a 100000/10. If you’re looking for a good time while doing your nails i would recommend coming to her or any of her girls. Laura did my toes and honestly another 10000/10 did a callus removal on my feet and i swear Ive never had my feet so soft its insane
