Can't say enough about these guys other than they go all out troubleshooting every possibility in order to find the issue/problem. After several exhausting (stressful) calls to Garmin tech support hoping to find the issue with my 2 brand new GPSMap plotters leading to nowhere and dead ends..not to mention attempting to upselling me... John & teammate at Electronic Storm was able to pinpoint the problem to the batteries (corrosion) not delivering proper amperage to the units & center-console. After thoroughly cleaning & replacing all terminal connectors with new ones, the amperage to the units were perfect and at last, everything working fine. Not to mention after all said & done, they were very reasonable and a pleasure to work with....
