Warning : (Dont Ask For Off The Broiler) Hi, I i have gone 3 times in the last few days to this particular Burger King store. Each time I have went both inside and also outside through the drive-through. I ask them to give me the burger off the broiler ( dont do it ) ( I Ask Them Nicely and Politely ) Each time I have gotten a burger colder and colder, I tell them not to put onions in the burger, and the last time, ( Today ) the kid in the drive through gave me a nasty smirk, he had an attitude towards me. I was always polite and just tried to go with the flow. I thought it was " At BK have it your wayyy 😁 ) like the commerical says. Anyways, This restaurant does not care about the customer, and no you cannot have it your way. Your getting a cold sandwich. Either way. The short and skinny manager attended me the time before this one, I told him if there was any problem with making the burger fresh to just tell me, He said everything was fine, I politely told him thank you, and smiled. That time, I got a burger with a soggy bun, the bottom bun was kind of hard ( old bun ) and the meat was extremely cold , they put loads of excessive ketchup and mayo that i didnt ask for. I even tried telling them if it wasnt possible just tell me. Please Burger King Corporate , Fix this Store, they don't care, and they laugh at the customer. I even tipped the cashier once in hopes of them giving me a better burger. No way I just get the same cold burger, the fries are soggy everytime. I even did the test, I went to another local burger king by Medley area, ( extremely good attention ) and good quality food, ask them for off the broiler they do it, they give you the sauces no problem. It feels like a different restaurant , Located at - 7195 NW 74th St, Medley, FL 33166. I think this Hialeah burger king can learn alot from the the people over at the Medley Burger King, hopefully Corporate sees...

It all starts with a real friendly, fresh face, restaurant manager that cares and who greeted me with a smile and made several suggestions that I really didn't know anything about. Very knowledgeable about everything B.K. thanks Ms. Mariana👍

I like my Croissant for breakfast with ham, cheese, egg and bacon to be really hot so asked for a few extra seconds in the Mic and they gladly accommodated. And, with a smile too. You don't get that everyday at fast food places. Plus the closing point in the dine in experience for me was that she personally brought it out to my table where we were sitting. I was not expecting that. Definitely two thumbs up 👍👍 for Burger King on hiring and training their people to appreciate the repeat customer like in the old days👍
Have been back several times to this favourite location now. Have had since; their "Mozzarella " sticks 👍, Onion rings with a "Zesty Sauce" also recommended by the manager previously. As well their "BK Royal Crispy Bacon Swiss Chicken sandwich (not sure if that's the exact way the name appears on the menu but you can ask them. It's delicious every time.👍
Also try the "Frozen Coke" like the old style "7-11" Store Slurpee (if you haven't tried it and you are a Coca Cola fan like me - highly recommend it👍 Due try their soft serve vanilla ice cream which also was suggested by the manager with chocolate-cookie-crumble sprinkles. Read moreI drove to Burger King since the MacDonald's down the street was being renovated. They took at 45 sec to a minute for them to say hello on the drive-thru speaker. I ordered a #9 a crispy chicken sandwich. A man was cleaning the drive through during lunch hour. I pull up to get my order and there wasn't the usual pleasant greeting. In addition they were all playing, goofing around with one another and not looking like employees on shift. Paid no mine to me and only themselves. I get back to my office and realize they gave me the wrong sandwich, everything else was correct except for the sandwich. They gave me the chicken Parmesan chicken sandwich. I am assuming someone else got their order wrong as well and got my sandwich. I had to drive back and I waited the drive thru line. After I explained I got no sympathy or proper apology that you would expect from a Burger King employee. The girl that looked to be the manager their in that shift expressed how shes leaving the job. Might explain her lazy attitude. I checked my sandwich quickly before driving off, since there was a huge line behind me, and it seemed fine so I drove back to work to finally eat. I get ready to eat my sandwich and there is no tomato. Which is one of my favorites thing in my sandwich. I checked online to make sure I wasn't mistaken, and yep! I confirmed they left it out.
