I had such a great experience with Gledys today, she gave me the most beautiful honey blonde balayage, and even though going through that process can easily damage your hair (considering how dark my hair was walking into the salon), mine feels incredibly soft, healthy, and taken care of. She is quick with her hands, really listened to everything I asked for, and gave thoughtful advice that made me feel confident every step of the way. The energy in the salon was amazing, and everyone there was kind, friendly, and made me feel completely welcomed from the moment I walked in. What makes this even more meaningful is that Gledys has been doing hair for the women in my family for over 20 years. My mom, my aunts, and other family members have all trusted her with their hair for decades, and now I fully understand why. She’s not only talented and professional, but she genuinely cares about her clients and builds real relationships with them. I tried Gledys after I saw my secretaries nice highlights, and because I was tired of driving to Aventura and paying a gazillion dollars for my hair. Well from the moment I walked into the salon everyone treated me very kindly and the atmosphere was fun and amusing. I went there for my Birthday and they treated me like a Queen by bringing me a little Tres Leches and having the whole salon sing Happy Birthday 🎉🎊to me...😊 Since I got my haircut a week ago I have received more compliments than I ever have paying 2 1/2 times the price in Aventura!! Gledys did a wonderful job on my highlights, hair color, haircut, blow and the eyebrow technician did the best job I've ever had on my eyebrows!! They treat you like family and have fun in the process. I'm taking my mother next week, even though she doesn't speak any Spanish, as they are well worth it!!
