Today I had the most disappointing and unprofessional experience at RWB, 901 E 10th Ave #12, Hialeah, FL. I found a shirt on the sales floor clearly priced at $3.99. It fit perfectly and was in good condition, so I decided to buy it along with two other items. At the express checkout, the cashier (Claudia, jewelry section) took the shirt away from me, saying the price was wrong because it was a “brand item.” After making me wait about 20 minutes, she returned with the same shirt — now marked $149.99 (over 37 times the original price!). Then the store manager, Rome, came over and started speaking to me in an extremely rude and aggressive way, loudly saying: • “You never buy anything here.” • “I’m not going to sell this to you.” • Suggesting I “might have changed the price tag.” When I told him to check the security cameras before making such accusations, he ignored me. He continued to raise his voice in front of at least 20 other customers, offering no solution and making me feel humiliated and unwelcome. I left the store without purchasing anything. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, unethical, and shows a complete lack of professionalism.

This place is so busy with an armed guard at the door. Parking is hard to find a space. Once inside it is a mad house. So many rude people shopping. They do have awesome prices and colored tag sales daily. Tons of clothing. A little furniture and household goods. Friendly staff. CASH only! There is an atm inside.

Cash only establishment and there is an ATM inside . I found very nice things for cheap prices. However used shoes should not be marked for 60$! just because it’s a good brand, does not mean it’s not worn out. The long line is crazy indeed, but go when they are almost closing and you will have a shorter line.

I see everyone talking about all these people but more should be said about that Fat pig, This guy goes around all of Miami scanning every book in site, I mean I see this guy in estate sales, every goodwill imaginable , Garage sales, thriftshops and even libraries when they have their annual sales. This guy is as nasty as they come, he's a bully (when the other person is a woman or an old fragile man) he's always picking on this skinny old man who buys records, he pushes him around and even tried to run him over with his car once. His name is Ron the pig or atleast that's how they know him in the store or his other name "El lechon" he truly lives up to his name. All he does besides picking on people is give complaints to the store management and the employees.. If he only knew that these people can't stand him, he was even yelled at by the former manager for opening up new DVd's that were sealed , for what? god knows ? People believe he steals the DVd's and Cd's but this hasn't been proven yet,but he'll slip one of these days. Please feel free to check out his account on amazon, he goes by the name "rssbooks " , If you ever walk in there you'll either recognize him by the bad breath, his mentally challenged looking face or his attitude if you even look at a book while he's there. He even went around for months in other stores telling everyone he could find that this couple got banned from Red white and blue, and because of that, they were banned from all the others. They told me they couldn't wait to run into him in person. He's super racist , I always hear him saying he hates Hialeah and how no one speaks English but yet he goes there to make money and exploit the same people he calls ignorant. He fills a basket full of DVD's and Cd's and sits his large ass on one of the sofas that's for sale (that says please don't sit) like a giant seal or a blob just scanning everything. I dare anyone to ask him, what his scanner is for or if he can do them the favor of scanning something to see what it's worth? He'll throw a hissy fit like a little kid, turn all red and sweaty and it honestly looks like he's going to have a heart attack of how upset he gets. He pushed an elderly ladies stuff out of the way just for asking. He even pushed another old lady just for looking at a book in his basket. This guy's just a low life, I saw him at a Good will and the lady told me he had offered the manager money to call him when books arrived, he did the same at the community thriftshop, I saw the manager bringing out books just for him and yet he complains that people take all the books at this thriftshop. All you have to do when you see him is not say a word just squeel like a pig. he thinks no one will notice that the person with the name "The book guy" posting...

IT'S SO OBVIOUS IT'S THE SAME PERSON WITH MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS WRITING THIS CRAP THAT IT AIN"T EVEN FUNNY! i love this place lol. i happened to be the person who buys toys there. i was told to come check out the reviews. Not sure what i've done to get some people so upset but that's cool. Yes i buy toys and resell them, my wife doesn't support me (as much as i wish that were true lol) if not i wouldnt have to drive every day 2 hours in traffic to get there and then stand from 9am -4pm in the hopes of finding something good. if that's not a real job or honest work then I don't know what is. i don't ask anyone for money and no one pays my bills so i don't see the problem. but since you know me so well, please feel free to stop by and say hello and obviously if you think you know me so well it's because you do the same. say what you'd like about me and i'll laugh it off but to say that we pay off the women there is a joke, these are hard working honest women who don't mess with anyone. and it's a sad thing that people find joy in trying to hurt others. These thriftshops are opened for everyone, anyone is more then welcomed to come and buy what they like. i happened to know most of the people mentioned in those reviews. Rafael is a very nice guy, so is Tony, so is Ozzie and even the "Greeks" while they're not liked by many , you have to respect what they do. They're very intelligent, knowledgeable and and most of these re-sellers are some of the hardest working people i know. So please get a life and leave us alone or have the cojones to come tell us in person ;) but i have a feeling you won't...

This is part of a chain of thrift stores that has 22 locations across the country including in Florida in North Miami, Jacksonville, and World Thrift in Lake Worth. This store in Hialeah is located in the historic Flamingo Plaza along with several other thrift stores. These stores are for profit thrift stores meaning they are not directly affiliated with any charity. They claim to help charities by purchasing items from them. They are also keeping items out of the landfills and offering low cost items to people who might not otherwise be able to afford them.

The more I visit this chain of thrift stores, the more I love them They are huge, cheap, and have what I like. Everyone else likes them a lot too so the lines can be very long with the longest lines being in the Lake Worth Store. Also like the Lake Worth store, this location is CASH ONLY.

This store has a ton of clothing and accessories but I don't have the patience for that. Their shoe selection along is larger than most department stores. I gravitate towards the housewares. This visit I found a vintage Pyrex bowl for only $3 in the extremely hard to find Gooseberry pink. I also found three ramekins in the Old World Green Temptations pattern I have been collecting. Only $2 each! Every store I have been in has vintage Pyrex pieces and Temptations along with so much else. You know you found a good thrift store when everyone who walks out the door is carrying a purchase. Just look everything over very carefully because all...
