Read moreToday I had the worst experience ever at Macy’s finish line. There was only one associate at the men section and she didn’t speak any English at all. I called her 3 times and she just ignored me, I had to literally come right next to her face and only then she replied something in Spanish. She didn’t speak any English at all. I thought It wasn’t a problem at first because all I needed is the right shoe size. It’s not so hard to explain. So I just showed her the shoes that I needed and size. However she came back with the right box but shoes inside were different sizes, good thing I noticed. I let her know and it seems like she didn’t believe, after she checked shoes herself she told to me “ one second” and disappeared. I ended up waiting for more then 10 minutes until I noticed her at the other part of the store just hanging out with her colleagues, I waited a little more, she could see me waiting right in front of the checkout with an open box and only one shoe in there. After I waited some more it was obvious that she is not coming back. I walked to her to ask what’s going on the second I asked her she just turned away from me, very rude! The other girl who spoke English just interrupted me saying that she could not find the second shoe. I asked why didn’t she tell me I was literally sitting there with box of shoes that she gave waiting for her to come back. The other girl didn’t know what to answer, she just stayed there quite. I ended up purchasing the bigger size. But never had I ever experienced such a bad customer service, I was very polite and patient this whole time. My fault I should’ve at least gotten the girls name, because people like her should not be working at customer service. By the way I am 8 month pregnant and I was there with my mom who has problem with the legs, what she did was just simply...
Read moreAbsolutely the WORST experience ever at this Macy’s!!! I bought a $275 perfume here which I hated (wore off in 2 hours) after wearing just twice and when I came to return it, they insisted it was not “resell-able” so they said my only option was an even exchange for the SAME perfume, but Vanessa assured me it may have been a “defective bottle” and assured me I would be happy. Well, I decided to purchase a different fragrance a few days later and came back to return the (unopened) replacement bottle and I cannot believe how poorly I was treated as a long time customer. “Managers” William and Jennifer were so nasty to me they literally brought me to tears. They mocked me, insulted me, and refused to even give me STORE CREDIT for an unopened fragrance!! I will never, ever step foot to spend my hard earned money in this store again and will be calling corporate and filing a complaint on these two unprofessional individuals. I’m on my way to another Macys location to get my money back. So disappointed that I was treated in this manner…absolutely disgusting!
Edit: I went to the nearest Macy’s and they returned the perfume and refunded my money in full to my original form of payment. Also, I called Macy’s customer service and they issued me a $10 star reward for the inconvenience so I bought an eyelash curler at the other Macy’s location which will be where I shop...
