Express Factory Outlet — Local services in Hialeah

Never in my life i’ve been treated so poorly before, i don’t know her name but she had bit of pink dye on her hair. When it was time to pay she told me to insert my email on the machine, the machine was malfuctioning because it kept deleting my email. When i told her that she goes “ well, put it again” with an attitude. I tried to show her the malfuctioning machine and she goes “ you don’ t need to show me anything, you’re going to break the thing” i got mad and said, im not giving you any email and she gave me this nasty look. Don’t know how Express allows this kind of individuals to damage their business, im not coming back here ever again to shop . Pretty sure all the recent negative reviews refer to...

Personally, I'm an independent shopper. However, Michelle at this store (1884) went above and beyond to make sure I found just what I was looking for. She demonstrated a genuine desire to help by asking all of the necessary questions at checkout that led to her offering additional help, including to check the inventory at a different Express store if she couldn't find my size in the back. Luckily she did and made my night! She suggested the outlet inventories are extensive and to be sure to ask if the desired size is not on display which I was not aware of. The most disrespectful treatment I’ve ever been given in my life at a store. No one greeted me when I arrived. But that’s nothing. When I got to the register this “person” came and turn the machine towards me without giving me any explanation. When I asked her what was that about she didn’t answer even when I asked her many times. She just shook her head and didn’t say a word. At one point I felt bad cause I thought she couldn’t speak at all. But then, when I asked her for the prices she told me right away the numbers. I just couldn’t believe that was happening to me.
