Fuddruckers — Restaurant in Hialeah

Mathew was a horrible cashier. I paid a total of 50 dollars for two combo of burgers with shake and loaded nachos, tbh it was very overpriced. The food looked good but quality, not it. Tell me how I had to wait por las ganas del cashier to make my shake. My food was all done, and I was waiting for my shake. I thought they were gonna be like good portion no they were 10 Oz. I tried asking for the shake at the cashier. Mathew was on his phone talking and laughing, and then he was like, wait a second and then go to the back and proceeded to talk on the phone he comes back and says that they will be delivered to the table I wait 10 min and still no shake I asked the lady when they are gonna come and she says I had to wait on Mathew to make them and now Mathew is with a big line I'm like are you serious he was just on the phone and then he went to talk to sum girls. It was horrible I lost my appetite I had to get to go boxes because it wasn't it I got the shakes it wasn't worth the wait it really wasn't and then they put the rest of the shake since it didn't fit all in the glass on the side for $50 the...

The manager Alex rudely kicked me out today when I was asking an employee/former co-worker about the restaurant. The gave me a nasty face and told me to leave. I left the place with a two week notice so there is no reason why the Alex should be rude to me. He disrespected me as a CUSTOMER I'm no longer an employee he can NOT speak to me the way he did. If you are a former employee DO NOT EAT THERE unless you want to be treated unfairly. This place is also not fresh , the cashiers handle the money and then put the paper on your red plates WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS because our Alex doesn't enforce anything. The place is full of abdominal roaches. When the inspector comes Alex( The general manager) just talks to her and she doesn't check the creamery side, which is the main place that's full of roaches so if you want to get sick then continue...

Unfortunate I have to give this place the lowest possible rating. It’s sad. The hamburger was good but the treatment and attitude of the person that stated he was “one of the managers” was horrendous. His treatment of me was uncalled for and was mocking me as well. I spoke to the other manager and told her I have been working with the public for many years and his behavior was uncalled for. I truly felt discriminated. I did not get his name because when I asked him his name and I told him mine, he didn’t even looke up and just said his name was the same as my name, I am a female. I didn’t make more of it because my husband was with me but he sensed I was shaken. So sad how people treat others in this world.
