Hello,
I am a caregiver to my parents mom 87 & dad 92 that both have Alzheimer's. They are always asking for me to go and buy them some Churros and if I don't have someone here at my house watching them I CAN NOT leave them alone. So, today one of my sisters were in town and when they stopped by I asked my sister to give me like 30 minutes to go get them some Churros that they LOVE SO MUCH. So, as I asked the young girl that was extremely nice that all I wanted was 8 Churros and I know that there was people there before me and all I wanted to know was how long it would take so I could call my sister and let her know I would take a bit longer. But, without any hesitation whatsoever ( an older lady ) jumped in to our conversation and just said if you can't wait then for me to leave not only I but the young girl was shocked to see her say that so rudely to me in front of a lot of people. As an ex-business owner and lost everything due to COVID 19 and now take care of my parents to be belittled like that and treated like she doesn't care about the customers and with what I am going through she really made me feel like a piece of dirt to put it nicely. I asked the young girl for a business card and when I said I would put in a complaint she started calling me papi don't be like that way papi. I am a 51 year old grown man to be spoken to and belittled like that. I just want to emphasize that the young girl tried to help but the older lady took over the and I left. I would go there often because I live on 60th west 21 in Hialeah but when you have an employee working there and make people not want to come back. I would say the youth girl I see as an asset to your company but the older lady a BIG LIABILITY.
SAD THAT MY PARENTS DIDN'T GET TO ENJOY THE CURROS THEY LOVE AND WERE CRAVING...!!!
Respectfully, Nelson...
Read moreI recently visited Churromania as I always go there when I go shopping at Westland.
I was thoroughly disappointed with the service primarily due to the attitude of one particular staff member, a blonde lady with glasses who was incredibly rude.
From the moment, I stepped up to the counter, it was evident that this employee had no interest in providing even basic customer service. She had an impatient tone that made me feel unwelcome from the start.
Throughout me placing my order, her impatience was apparent and she seemed annoyed.
She not only treated me but as well as other customers prior with disrespect. Because of this, I did not tip. As a customer, I believe in tipping for exceptional services. Customers should not feel pressured into leaving a tip especially when the service provided does no warrant it.
Her lack of professionalism was evident to everyone that had placed an order prior and after me.
No costumer should have to endure blatant rudeness especially as something as silly as purchasing and trying to enjoy churros. Management should take action to address this issue and ensure that ALL employees adhere to BASIC standards of courtesy...
Read moreI am a regular Westland Mall customer , and have been for years. I also visit churromania frecuently for coffee, tequeños , empanadas and of course the Sugar ans cinnamon churros. Products are always great and fresh. But what I like the most about Chrromania is the customer service. The way Noemi and Mayte tend to the customers and how they patiently try to comply with all the customer's preferences is amazing; they even know how the regular customer like their coffee 🙂My hat goes off to the boys in the back @ the kitchen, not many people see them , but they do a great job preparing fresh churros, empanadas and...
