Worst.Haircut.Ever. Normally a hair stylist will make maybe 25-30 scissor cuts but my girl (name withheld) made at least 300 cuts over 45 minutes. She started with the big shaver even though I asked for a scissor cut. Apparently she didn't know how to do a regular men's cut without the shaver. Then after she cut off too much she kept going over it (and over it, and over it) to try and smooth it out. But you know when you cut off too much, it just sticks straight out on the sides and trimming more does not help.

I'm on a work computer or I'd post a picture just so everyone could laugh and say "Hey that's the German kid from the Simpsons!"

Frankie was in the other room talking loudly about his credit cards on the phone. There is nothing to dampen the sound, as it is all hard and reflective so the sound echos loudly. He needs a separate room to yell on the phone, the place needs sound treatment, and they need to hire someone who knows how to do a regular men's haircut.

I had been coming to this salon for 5 months, I had a great stylist! However I debated on getting a Keratin treatment for 3 months, finally got one, paid $400 and my hair looked exactly the same after waiting the 3 days to wash the product out. I reached out to my stylist she said she would show me how to style my hair. However the product was suppossed to make my hair less frizzy, straighter, and more manageable (Yes I have extremely curly, frizzy hair). This salon never offered any help at all whatsoever to my dissatisfaction!! Obviously the product didn’t work on my hair, I even sent pictures of my hair to them, let them know I was upset and all they said was I was obviously confused on what the product was supposed to...

If I could give no stars I would. Went in for a haircut with Abby. Showed her several pictures of the haircut I wanted and discussed this at length. Explained that the last two haircuts I've received from other stylist turned into a bob haircut. I explicitly told her Not to cut my hair in a bob. Guess what, she cut my hair in a bob Again, and added the bonus of bangs. So another 6 months to grow this out. And to add insult to injury, I get to pay for this service....
