Being certifiably addicted to popcorn (if it's good) we made a point to visit while were in Hickory. This popcorn isn't just good, it's amazing and it feeds my addiction!

Immediately upon entering, we were very cheerfully greeted. She is clearly a fan of her trade. She enthusiastically guided us through the absolutely jaw-dropping myriad flavors. From savory to spicy to sweet, there's something for everyone!

I was on a mission for cheddar popcorn. Within a few seconds, to my eyes were drawn to the "extreme cheddar" option. Samples of every flavor is available and, after sampling the extreme cheddar, I walked out with the biggest bag that they offer. Zero regrets!

Found this gem of a stop-in-shop popcorn store in downtown Hickory randomly this weekend and it did not disappoint! So many flavors of popcorn to choose from, free samples, and they were delighted to entertain our crazy seven-year-old who was bouncing off the walls.

One of the owners, Nancy, was more than friendly as was the young man who served us! Went to Tastebuds Popcorn yesterday afternoon and had an awesome experience! They have so many flavors! The Dill Pickle is delicious. I was able to taste test many flavors and the staff were super sweet and really helpful! I felt bad asking to taste so many flavors but they were really great! Some of the ones I got to try were Dill Pickle, Cotton candy, sundrop, cheerwine, dr pop aka Dr Pepper, Carolina mix, etc. I was able to get some teacher appreciation gifts to kind of switch things up and do something unique.
