I went to this store and i was so excited because it looked so beautiful inside. But the staff is terrible. i am a size 3 or 4 in dresses i had been to multiple other stores earlier in the day and i knew i was a 3 or 4 i walk in and Tracy tells me i’m a 00 i knew that wasn’t true so i got a size 2 dress to just try on because it was beautiful. i struggled to put on the dress and tracy came in to help me put on the dress and had me press my skin together to make it fit when it just wouldn’t. i went out to look at it and couldn’t move my arms or breathe hardly but they were trying so hard to sell it to me. saying as i walked out of the dressing room “well are you gonna get it”. i walked out of the store almost in tears because i am very insecure of my body and to have someone tell you . “no your tiny you can fit” and “that’s how dresses are supposed to fit it’s only for one night” “you have to deal with it for beauty” I’m sorry but i’m not going to put my ribs and body in pain because you want me to buy a dress. if you have body dysmorphia or are self conscious of your size...

I’m not a dress wearing lady, but I needed a beautiful dress for my son’s wedding. I decided to go to Tracy’s and it was the BEST DECISION I could have made. Tracy told me not to worry, that she would help me find my “perfect” dress and she definitely did!! Not only did she find my perfect dress, she told me who I could go to for my alterations (she did a great job). I highly recommend Tracy for all your formal wear needs. A friend and I went Prom dress shopping, the storefront appears small but on the inside it's a comfortable space. We instantly were greeted by the owner herself, as we started looking around we felt the atmosphere that was so great! The other two employees were also very nice and super cooperative.
