High Point Market Authority — Local services in High Point

HP Market is always a great experience! There is so much to see and do and the last two markets that we attended had great concerts on Saturday and Sunday.

We also have to say “thank you” to the staff!!! From the door greeters who welcome you with a smile to the coat and bag check staff who keep you laughing while checking or retrieving your bags. I have to say this is the friendliest and most efficient bag check I have been to at ANY market or convention. (I told you I would give you guys a shout out - you deserve it!)

We can’t wait to visit again in April - thanks HP for another...

The market was beautiful this October, the work crew was friendly and made sure everything was clean. Only thing that did not sit well with me was a woman named Angie Harder pulling exhibitors away from the snack table and telling them they weren’t allowed to get any since they were not buyers. As a buyer myself I did not like that. To add, there were other exhibitors there grabbing food but nothing was said to them. There’s more than enough for anyone, a cookie less isn’t going to hurt anybody. This lady was so rude, still upsets me just...

I made sure everything was in order before registering for the fall market. I read all instructions and got myself together. I was under the impression that registration was free with passes being $30 on site pre registration. Terri Kurfees said the information I provided wasn’t enough and that I should pay $55 or $85 on site. Being that I feel mislead, I’ll never try to attempt attending furniture market ever again.
