Congdon Yards — Local services in High Point

We walked into this place not really knowing what it was while exploring the area. My daughter was visiting the university for a tour. It turned out to be a community center that was part of a redevelopment of downtown High Point. The lady at the reception desk was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She knew a lot about the redevelopment programs, the local stadium and the local sports team. Attended the 3rd Annual Holiday Sip N’ Shop at Congdon Yards and it was a delightful experience! The live music set the festive mood, and the opportunity to get pictures with Santa was a hit. With over 30 local vendors, there was a unique and impressive selection of goods to browse. Congdon Yards provided the perfect setting for a holiday event like this. Fantastic place that has a little coffee shop, amazing array of seating options, a 28 person conference room you can rent, and an open 75ish person presentation area you can rent. It even has phonebooths to take calls. The vibe is modern industrial. It's an excellent place to meet someone, have a business meeting, grab a snack/ drink, or do some work.
