
Let me tell you all before you go waste your time and money . I will never come back to this place there is a short boy as a manager who had an attitude the entire time could not help me with the service I requested very rude, employees are unprofessional everyone there is unprofessional you cannot request pizza unless you book a party no cupcakes food or nothing allowed 25$ plus 6$ socks required with tax per person is 33$ for each person guy was very prejudice and disrespectful. The bar is not even a bar I donât know what you would call that. There isnât even someone there to service you at the bar .
Okay I donât know whatâs shocking about the review Iâve seen plenty of reviews after this situation stating the about same of what Iâve wrote. Now Iâm editing replying to your comment adding on to it I never said you all had pizza up there ⌠Iâm letting these people know not to waste their time on coming up here for things you all do not have and WHEN I GOT THERE LIKE YOU SAID IT WAS BOOKED!! LIEDD!! EXPLAIN TO ME !! How were you all booked when literally every birthday party room was empty lights off donât start lieing up here because I come with receipts. And no that little boy followed me and my crew everywhere just watching over us like we were a problem vibes were giving very prejudice. Thatâs harassment ! At a kids âpop up partyâ âŚ. âPopup partyâ HOW IS IT A PARTY AT ALL??? you canât even bring cake/ cupcakes , canât order pizza, or bring food like a regular âPARTYâ itâs not a âpartyâ at that point SO DONâT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY UP HERE, NEVER AGAIN !! 33$ per person at that. The pop up party is not a party so stop calling it that.
OWNER YOU WERE NOT THERE SO YOU ARE ONLY HEARING WHAT HE TOLD YOU . I did not call you all several times I went up there IN PERSON and the information he gave me was not the information he gave someone else over the phone. I choose to come up here because he said pop up party I would think itâs the same as a party just âpop upâ and without a room BUT NO ITS NOT A PARTY AT ALL . And the owner is replying with all this information that was told to you but you werenât even there to witness everything your just replying to what you heard. YOU WERE NOT THERE TO SEE THIS ALL GO DOWN OR HEAR ANY CONVERSATION BETWEEN ANYONE. So how are you up here telling a story about âchaosâ the chaos was your staff not doing their job and just lieing I got 3 different storyâs from 2 different ppl as well as me when I went up there for information and had them call as well. Overall being rude, unprofessional, and prejudice but you werenât there like I said very unprofessional. For a big party I brought up there with so many people bringing money to your business where I could have supported a different business I will make sure to let everyone know about how I was serviced here so it wonât happen to them. And then you said you call it being competitive with facilities in the area you all are no where near their level what do you have that is provided better than any other center but the toddler center being the main attraction please let me know because Iâll wait ! customer service, the way the staff is interacts with customers matters and that was beyond garbage business should be reowned or shutdown . AND AGAIN NOBODY WAS AT THE BAR LIKE I SAID .BAR WAS UNATTENDED. Staff were walking around buddy buddy talking with friends thatâs why no drinks were ordered . Why should the customer have to walk around looking for staff who are supposed to be positioned doing their job...

We visited Velocity 360 Fun Zone during a trip to the city, looking for a warm and safe place for our two children (ages 13 and 8) and the children (same ages of our kids) of our friends who we were visiting and who usually go to this place to play and have fun. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired due to an incident with a staff member.
While the kids were enjoying their time, they joined a group of children to play dodgeball. At first, everything seemed fine until a staff member began participating by throwing balls at the children. However, the kids quickly noticed that he was throwing with excessive force. My son even yelled, âHey, NO!â when he saw the staff member targeting his younger sister. Despite this, the staff member continued and eventually hit my daughter in the face, causing her to cry and run to us.
When my son and the other children explained what had happened, I initially thought it was an accident. However, I learned that the staff member, who appeared to be a young adult, ignored warnings and laughed after hitting my daughter. This reaction was deeply upsetting. He was supposed to check on her well being after hit her. And it was supposed that staff member are there to ensure the kids are having a good time and their safety and not taking advantage of them.
I approached the staff member to address the situation. During our conversation, he admitted that he had made a mistake. While the manager stepped in and assured me they would address the issue, the fact remains that better training and oversight are needed. The manager also mentioned they would review the recordings of the incident.
I understand the waiver we signed releases the facility from liability for accidents, but it doesnât excuse inappropriate behavior from staff.
For families considering this venue, I recommend caution. The facility should invest in better training for its employees to ensure a truly safe and welcoming environment for children.

What other legitimate company does that? Iâm giving a 2-star only because the facilities were overall wonderful. We visited on 10/16/2023. The staff and entrance experience were dreadful. They charged me $6 per pair of socks, without a disclosure, even though we already had non-slip socks, because they âdonât trust other brand socksâ. I believe itâs more of a âwe pay $0.50 for these and charge $6 a pair for themâ reason. I didnât even know I was charged until after they rang me up. The young boy at the counter with the glasses and âSide-Show Bobâ haircut was anything but polite and said âyou can take your money back and get out for good if you donât want to pay for socksâ, even though he admitted his mistake. I told him my family doesnât let jerks and bullies ruin our lives and paid for the socks because I wasnât going to let his waste of skin ruin our day. The manager on duty spent his entire shift behind the front counter on his phone, paying no attention to what went on even though he was supposed to be observing his staff watching out for the safety on the kids playing (per their safety disclosure agreement). The floor inside was covered with food debris, while the employees doing nothing but stand. around. Itâs amazing how they donât allow outside food, but wonât clean up the goldfish crackers all over the floor that they donât even serve. No employees were watching over the activity areas, because their heads were buried in their phones. The bathrooms were clean and the tables were clean. I repeat, the faculties are great but the staff is 1* at best. Obviously they have no competent training with their employees so donât count on them to be conscious of your kids safety. I canât say I wonât bring my kids back, but I can say this will, for the foreseeable future, not be our first choice for a fun...
