Walgreens — Local services in High Ridge Township

Worst experience ever. Picked up make up and shampoo totaling $113. Three of the cosmetics were marked down on clearance, two of them did not ring up at the clearance price. The girl walked me back to the shelf and wasn’t real sure where the tags belonged but first said they were on a different color of what I bought and then said they were completely on the wrong product. Not my fault. She said they would not honor it so I asked for the manager, Sharlena, approaches the counter and I say to her if that girl that works here can’t figure out which tag those items belong to then how is the customer and miss Sharlena responds with we have a policy if you are disrespectful, we can make you leave the store. I said, how am I disrespectful and she responded that I raised my voice which I did not and I argued with her and said I did not raise my voice. I did not cuss. I was not disrespectful and she said you’re raising your voice right now. Again, which I was not. I did, however, at that point, tell Charlena that she was the worst store manager ever, and I was not gonna tolerate the disrespect. I will never shop there again. I came to this Walgreens from the doctors office for my 6 month old son who has a double ear infection and I pulled up to the window and they said that it was not ready yet and that they were going to lunch so I left this was 1:30 and the medicine would not be done till 3. ….. I live 30 min away and i had a crying baby so I had my husband pick it up on his way home from work and when he got there at 5 o’clock they said they were out of the medicine and the only place that had it was another Walgreens in Fenton…why was I not told this when I was there or when they figured out they couldn’t fill it …why was I not contacted saying it needed to be filled somewhere else. I’m signed up for text they could of sent a general message saying I needed to contact the pharmacy. Very awful. I work in a medical office I don’t care how busy you are you make sure each patient is taken care of. I won’t be using this...

I've been a steady and loyal customer of our local Walgreens since it first opened. The pharmacy has been great over the years. I've enjoyed getting to know many of the workers there. In recent years I've been embarrassed by the condition of this store on the outside. It is messy, filled with cigarette butts, trash, just generally unkempt. There is a rusted out Red Box that is no longer in use but still it sits there looking like something for a salvage yard.

I was just there today to pick up a few things. The women's bathroom looked like it had been vandalized. The door to the paper towel dispenser and trash can was hanging open with used paper towel spilling out, no soap in the dispenser and used paper towels wadded up everywhere. Will I continue shopping there? You bet I will as it is very convenient to me. Corporate needs to attend to this matter and get the management...
