Taco Bell — Restaurant in High Ridge Township

I hate leaving a bad review for this location, but-

My order is consistently messed up, and ALL I ask for is no tomato and some hot sauce. Not only do I always get tomato on my food, but it really seems like I'm getting double tomato. I detest the things. On top of that, I rarely get the hot sauce I ask for. (Just happened, yet again. And, no, just picking them off is not the same as having none at all. The taste lingers and it is disgusting. But, unfortunately for me, I paid for the food and I'm non-confrontational.)

The ONLY thing keeping me going here is the one staff member that I like, and god I wish I knew her name so I could give her a shout-out. So far I've only seen her on the window, and for that I'm thankful, because talking to her is a delight. She's incredibly friendly, outgoing, and overall just downright incredible. I want to guess she's probably the assistant, seeing as she's the only familiar face there since I moved here over a year ago. Keep up the incredible personality, and thanks for all the incredible conversations!

Sadly, it's starting to seem like I might just have to start going to another location in order to enjoy my meals.

Update: I just ended up tossing them. They were so covered in tomato that the tortilla shells were soggy and tasted like it, too. What a...

Edit 11/1/22: Went from 2 stars to 1, the order was 4 chicken hard tacos with lettuce and tomato, beefy 5 layer burrito among other things. I leave and take a bite and realize its beef, long story short I go back and pull up to the drive through, I tell the man and at the window he said sorry and remembered chicken rather than the beef. No worries.... I pull away again and its now a chicken soft taco with lettuce and cheese. (I can't eat dairy / beef / etc otherwise I wouldn't have wasted the time) I then pull up for a third time frustrated and when I stated my displeasure a woman instead of the man decided to say "but you didn't say that at the window" and I replied with... I just wanted what I got the first time with chicken, do you really want to argue this? Is this customer service to you rather than fixing what I ordered".... No response and then I said hello and the male cashier then said pull around.. Then a totally separate woman came to the window again and asked exactly what I ordered and finally the male cashier came back and said he made it himself.

Driving to the one in High Ridge is a better choice, its a 5 minute difference for way...

I had a really great experience at your location the other night. A young girl maybe around 20 with glasses and brown hair was very friendly and polite with me and really helped better my mood. I was already having a terrible day and I’ve been so sick and trying to still go to work and I just don’t feel like running into anymore problems. I had forgotten my wallet at home, one reason I was in a bad mood, and only had my pocket money on me and was actually building an appetite. She handed me my cheesy roll up and then I went to grab my Mountain Dew and it just slipped in my hands and spilt all over the ground getting me as well. I honestly just wanted to cry after the day I had and then to mess with a ladies food, though it was definitely my fault. Brittney I think her name was cheered me up with laughter and kindness. She was able to put a smile on my face and reminded me things will get better. She gave me plenty of napkins and even more for the future haha. I just want to thank her again truly for really helping me in another way that night besides just giving a hangry sick frustrated woman...
