I was at the checkout when an old guy that worked there came and said that we were stealing my dad put stuff in our bag from big lots we were there because it was my dads day off and we were there with my 2 younger sisters they were excited and getting and grabbing stuff my dad put stuff in the bag because he had to carry my little sister she’s 5 and she has autism so she dosnt understand not to tell and kick he was carrying both of them while I shopped. We did not get a cart because we were only getting a few stuff. Of course it would be reasonable for him to put it in the bag because she was shoving and pushing stuff. So he got out of the store because she was screaming and yelling. I understand that it might be suspicious that somebody put it in a bag, but I was not there when he put it in the bag so I did not know it was there the way this worker said it was making me myself downgrade myself to a criminal which iam not I go to kohls almost everyday i’m even a member and we buy stuff that’s way overpriced I buy hundreds, of stuff of there. He told me so my dad put juice and candy in there mind you the bill was almost 140. Why would my family, steal juice and candy if we’re buying stuff? And I completely understand that it’s regulations. He pointed it out, but he did not have to say that we would steal and that he probably stole candy when he walked out because that is not true. I’ve been going to the store for the past 4 years. But today is when I’ve stopped. He was speaking to me and my little sister she’s 8 like we were criminals and I’m only 14. Read moreOrdered a few items on line. Items on sale plus 30% off with Joy30 and $5 Kohl’s cash if you pick up in store. I got notification my order ready for pick up. I got to store, waited in line and when I got to CS they told me my order was cancelled and that I should have received an email stating that. I asked why it was cancelled and she said probably because they didn’t have it. I left and decide to see if they had something else I would like. However I found out they had an entire rack of my cancelled items. I then took the items back to CS. They rang the items up but said the could only give me 15% off not 30% because and that I could not have my $5 Kohl’s cash because that was for on line orders only. I told the CS person I knew this was not her fault but it wasn’t mine either. She was very rude and asked if I wanted her to call the manager. I did end up getting my 30% off and the $5 for pick up. I wasted so much time I. The store because of this and NOT ONCE did anyone tell me they were sorry for the inconvenience. Why was I the one that apolized for the incident. Read moreJust recently left out of here looking for a few things.So I see Nike was a sale.My son needed a outfit and I needed some shirts.After a hour of sifting through the mess of clothes I finally find what I need.I get to the register and things are ringing up wrong and the pants were on the wrong sized hanger.I told the cashier that Nike had 20% off.The cashier next to her rudely intervenes and stats to the other cashier you can't change that you have to call management.They call the MGR she comes doesn't greet us BTW we weren't greeted at all.So the MGR comes and looks at the items goes back to find them and comes back and stats the hoodies where hanging on the wrong rack.Then tells me my pants say "just do it" I pick up the pants that didn't say just do it in the first place and asked,these pants say "Just Do It".She proceeds to ignore me.I asked again she again ignores me..Frustrated I left.So OLF or Olga w.e your name is, which is ig a supposed MGR your rude and I don't see how your a Manger because your customer service is lacking on all levels..Then she also had the audacity to yell as we where walking out,"I can show u the sign...
