I had a disappointing experience with Bluemercury. I initially made a purchase online, but when I tried the makeup, the shade didn’t match my skin tone. I called the store and was told I could come in to exchange it for a different color. When I arrived, the sales associate quietly processed a return instead of an exchange — without explaining anything. She then told me I’d need to repurchase the item once the refund hit my card or use another card to buy it again on the spot. That is not what I was told over the phone. She is exceptional! She always teaches me new make up techniques and makes adjustments in my make up routines that help me look my best.
