Horrible experience with trying to return a flawed item. The item (Wallet) was purchased July 7th from salesman George Carros (who was actually very helpful during the purchase). The wallet was given to me in a box and I later when I got home found a small flaw that caught my attention. I decided that after having spent $1000 on a wallet that there shouldnât be any flaw (regardless of size) and decided to bring it to the store. I contact George and sent pictures of the wallet, he left me on read and didnât reply to my texts for over a month. Finally I called him and he told me to bring the wallet into the store ( this was hard as I didnât live near the physical store location)
When I brought it into the store during a visit to Dallas in November, I was told that it would be sent to New York and I should get it back fixed 8-10 weeks later.
We are now approaching March and I still have not received my item or have gotten any updates.
I called the store many times and left voice messages and never got a call back. When I finally addressed the manager about this, he mentioned they donât receive voice messages, that they are re routed.
As someone who has referred clients to this store in the past I can confidently say that I will no longer shop here or refer future clients. I was not thrilled with them not exchanging the flawed item or giving me store credit / allowing me to return the item. But now 12 weeks later I feel itâs the minimum they can do after their 10 week period has passed and I have still not received my item.

There wasnât any line so we got access right away and the doorman and a sale gentleman was being very polite and friendly to us while showing us some items we asked. Yet, we had to leave since our table at the restaurant next door were ready for our lunch here. When we came back there was only a sale lady there but she act as if we were just goofing around when we want to see more stuffs. She asked us where we are from since we ask about the tax rebate as my sister is from oversea. We got a hobo bag for my sister but we both feel as if our customer service could have been better compare to what weâve seen at fendi, rolex, and celine or even hermes next door. The particular sale lady Sherana from our receipt was very grumby in term of attitude and facial. She didnât care to look at us in the eyes nor smile at all even we were trying to be friendly back. My fiance purchased me aa new bifold wallet from this Goyard location. It was a birthday gift, I was so excited to receive. The wallet was well packaged and appeared to be quality made. This unfortunately was not the case.
Within two months of use, the wallet started to peel, stitching came loose and the Goyard printed pattern began fading rapidly. We of course contacted the sales rep who sold my wife the wallet she asked that we send photos, immediately we did. Over a week later, baited with a message that the resolution of this issue would prompt the purchase of a bag- we received a response. We were told that they would need to reachout to France- which sounded fair. After another week we sent another email, before finally being told that the repair would run $350. At this point the wallet was less than 3 months old. I normally keep it in my suit jacket chest pocket, little wear here...
