We had an amazing experience spending thousands of dollars here! Why shouldn’t we right if we spent that much. But my experience wasn’t just about how much we spent, but it is really on how this team here helped me create such a memorable visit that made me wanted to spent more money with them. I am from out of state and was only going to be in Dallas for one night. Couple of days in advance from my Dallas arrival, I tried to book an appointment on Cartier.com at this boutique. Not surprised, due to COVID-19 limited staffed team, this beautiful boutique was booked full for the day that I wanted to go in. After booking unsuccessfully online, I decided to call them directly to see if I can get in in the day that I’m going to be in Dallas. The amazing sales associate, Lura, who answered my call helped me procure the LOVE bracelet that I wanted to surprise my fiancĆ©e with and coordinated my visit. We coordinated the visit and with the help of Kent and Francis to pull off our surprise. I enjoyed myself so much while I was there that I ended up buying a Juste Un Clou for myself! Great customer service and aim to please. Cartier products really sell themselves, but so refreshing when you have a wonderul team that ensure you a wonderful experience at the same time, just can’t beat that. Huge shoutouts to Lura, Francis, and Kent for making our purchases memorable and enjoyable! Thanks for EVERYTHING šŸ™

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! This was the worst experience I've ever had at Cartier. I visited the store with my family on 03/16, planning to purchase Santos and PanthĆØre watches for around $15,000 as an anniversary gift for my parents. However, when we arrived at 4 PM-an hour before closing-the concierge at the front desk refused to let us in. We politely asked for assistance, explaining the importance of our visit, but she simply smiled insincerely and said, "Too many people today," showing no willingness to help. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was incredibly frustrating. I deeply regret my previous purchase of a $6,000 PanthĆØre de Cartier watch from this location on 02/10. This experience left my entire family disappointed, and we will be reconsidering future purchases with Cartier. Good brand but bad one person ruined it. We decided to purchase the jewelry abroad from my home country, Almaty, Kazakhstan. The experience there was completely different— they welcomed us with excellent service, a bouquet of flowers, and outstanding professionalism. They even arranged for secure delivery to the USA via DHL. This just goes to show how some places go above and beyond, while others make things unnecessarily difficult for their customers.

Horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional and racist sales associate!!! Barbara overbooked herself twice with my appointments. I arrived on time for my first appointment and had to wait for 30 minutes to get helped just because Barbara overbooked herself. The other sale associate who temporarily helped us was so impatient when getting the jewelries out for me to try. However, I still purchased a full set of the jewelries since I like the products and understand that schedule conflict happens. Barbara made us waited for another 30 minutes again when she was suppose to pack my items but instead she went helped another customer during my scheduled appointment time.

My second time visiting the store was just to exchange the ring size, which I have informed Babara the week before and even texted her prior to my arrival. She never put my appointment in the systems or respond to my text. When I arrived on time and Barbara overbooked herself again. Looking at the reviews beforehand my expectation for customer service is low already, but experience it first hand is another story.

Honestly the experience this past Saturday morning was almost insulting and borderline racism. I arrived on time for my appointment time and receptionist checked me in and told me to wait. Another family came in after me and they prioritized that family first and Barbara greeted that family and ignored me when I was literally standing next to that family. I called her out that I booked the appointment with her last week and also texted her before my arrival. Babara and the receptionist lady just said the system doesn’t have my appointment and ignored me again to continue helping that white family who arrived after me. They didn’t even apologizing for the schedule conflict. Not sure if is because I’m Asian or what, but this was extremely unprofessional and rude to discriminate clients based on race.

I like Cartier products and understand this is the only store in DFW. That’s probably why they don’t care about the reviews and train their customer reps correctly. However, rude, unprofessional, and racist sales associates definitely ruin the brand image and reputation if this doesn’t get fixed! Going forward, I will go with another brand because I’m not paying 30k to...

I’m completely taken aback by all of the negative reviews, especially considering that most of them aren’t even based on an actual in-store experience and seem to focus on the appointment setting, which is very unfair to the boutique and its team. I’ve had the most incredible shopping experiences at this boutique! The moment I walk in, I’m greeted by Andrew’s friendly smile, who’s been so kind and attentive! I’ve also hit the lottery with Alex T., as I truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with! She’s so genuine, and she makes it her mission to make your shopping experience at Cartier truly exceptional! You never feel rushed, and Alex masterfully analyzes your style, so that every recommendation that she makes is a perfect fit. She treats you like a friend as opposed to a customer and makes the experience so much fun that you forget that you’re even shopping! It truly feels like two friends catching up, trying on beautiful creations. Alex will offer honest advice and will help you find exactly what your heart desires. That level of service continues after the sale, too. Her no-pressure, let’s have fun approach is second to none! Thanks to her, I am now the owner of some stunning creations that put a smile on my face every day. Also, if you’re lucky that you get to meet Alex, Diane, and Zach, then you’re seriously in for a treat! I call them the Power Trio, as they make you feel like you’ve been friends with them for ages! Diane is amazing, super fun, and will always give you solid advice that is 100% spot-on! Time flies when you talk to her because you’re truly having the loviest of times! Zach’s smile will melt your heart! This boutique is incredibly lucky to have such wonderful people on their team! I always count days between my visits till I see them again. Alex has just helped me find the perfect Valentine’s Day and Birthday gifts, and I’m already counting days till I go see her again for my anniversary! She truly goes above and beyond, and she knows how to make you feel special! I know that I’ve hit the jackpot with her, and I’m so grateful that I was lucky enough to meet her! If you want a true luxury experience, nothing will compare to...

Before heading to this Cartier location, please read this review. For starters, I’m not one to take the time to review stores on Google but this was such a bad experience I figured I’d pay it forward and maybe save the next person some time :)

TLDR: Don’t go to this location. If you want to make a purchase, do so online. If you want to browse in person… you’re basically out of luck.

It all started when I showed up to the store WITHOUT an appointment (my fault, this is posted on the website and I should’ve checked that out instead of assuming it was back to normal operations). I see the posted sign on the door to call a number to book an appointment, so I do that but no one answers. I then decide to try the online booking portal while I’m still outside but there’s no availability for the next 4+ weeks. In that moment, a sales associate comes outside and tells me that they are fully booked for the day, but she could squeeze me in for Tuesday afternoon (which is odd bc that’s not an option through the booking portal) but I had to decline due to my M-F work schedule. I communicate to her that I know exactly what I want and asked if I could make a purchase online for a curbside pick up and she said yes, but that it had to be done via phone call. I told her that’s fine, to just give me the number so I could start the order… but guess what… they couldn’t take any orders at the time (even though the store was visibly empty, which is where my frustration stems from). Anyway, she took my number and never gave me a call. It is now Monday night and still nothing.

Feedback to management/ leadership: If you’re going to extend the ā€œappointment onlyā€ experience, please consider investing into the booking portal. The current one is so clunky and doesn’t seem to match the store’s availability. Consider investing into the ā€œcurbsideā€ pick up flow so a purchase can be completed online and not limited to connecting with a sales associate 1:1 since staffing might be a...
