Guy behind the counter explained how the toppings and such worked when I asked, it felt a bit awkward though. Not necessarily enthusiastic about new customers. I think they should consider remodeling, it’s a bit shabby for what it is. Lots of commanding signs in here. Definitely don’t bring water bottles?? Not sure why. Please at least get some women running the counter. I didn’t have a bad experience, but I’m not gonna call home about it either. I get where the other reviews are coming from. We had ice cream, and it was okay, but not worth $11 for four scoops total. Super weird vibe in there and pricey. Wish I could give a review of the froyo but I panic ordered a single scoop of ice cream with no toppings because the man behind the counter sighed and shook his head when we took longer than 2 seconds to order, despite it being basically empty. A woman took care of the rest of our order/paying and she was very nice. The man behind the counter was very nice and talkative with the couple who came in after us. I went there yesterday and the place was filthy. I have never seen it that dirty and unorganized, floors were dirty, tables had toppings spilled all over them, there was no toilet paper in the women’s bathroom. Not to mention that the two girls working there were rude and mean. They were rushing me to order and they just had nasty attitudes. This place has changed so much in the past few weeks.
