Man if I could write a new 1 star review I would. This is an update. My doctor sent through a prescription over 5 days ago and I go to th3 pharmacy to pick up and they said it isn't ready yet and I'll have to wait. I'm also not the only one waiting for a prescription that should've been ready! Also, someone just came back saying they were given the wrong medication. Is that a joke?! I then had the pharmacist argue with me over my pill dosage and instructions! Youre not my doctor so fill it how it says to be filled!
This pharmacy SUCKSSSS. Not sure what's being done if anything at all to make it better but I'm going to start sending my prescription elsewhere. This is so ridiculous. Waste of time.
This has got to be the slowest service at any place I've ever been to. Super unorganized not only at the front but at the pharmacy as well. There's hasn't been a single time that I've been here where it was remotely quick. 1 person working the front and pharmacy pretty much ALWAYS...go in to get one thing and you waste 30min of your life in line. If you have an appointment set up for a vaccine, be prepared to wait 20min in last past your appointment time AND sit waiting for at least another 10-15. Apparently having an appointment doesn't help...
Read more0stars. They're very rude. The technicians can care less about your medication needs. They see a computer screen that tells them problems and they leave it there until it arises that you need your medication, then is when they tell you when there are problems rendering you either with nothing or having to go elsewhere after you've waited. I have never ever in my life had a worse experience with walgreens pharmacy as I have with this one for the 20+ years I give walgreens my business. And forget it if you need updates on when your medications will be ready or if they go out of stock and you're not told about any issues regarding insurance or stock. You'd think that they'd be a little more professional and courteous as they work in an environment that revolves around medication and pharmaceuticals. The staff hangup on calls when you call they put u on hold right away and if you do manage to speak to a technician, false information is given more than not. It's sad really. It doesn't cost much to put a smile on your face and at least care about your job handling patient's medication rather than just clock in...

They have “lost” special order pharmacy items (such as my cat’s insulin syringes) begins the counter, never calling to say the order came in, and not knowing anything when I called, pleading ignorance when I came in person - until one girl pulled a bag out and said it had been there over a week and she wondered why I’d not yet picked it up. (Maybe I need my psychic abilities tuned up?) The systems just to manage the pharmacy are almost non-existent but the pharmacy manager denied that the poor communication etc. was his fault.
Tonight I went to drop scripts and fill them before close. There was a sign in the drop off/consultation window directing customers to the pick up counter instead, so I queued up and waited patiently. My turn came just as a man walked to the consultation window (ignoring the sign). The pharmacist did not ask if I would wait.
