I want to take a moment to recognize Audra, the Vision Center Manager, for her outstanding help over the last few weeks. I've been having a hard time getting my new glasses just right, and it’s been a frustrating experience—but Audra has been nothing but patient, kind, and incredibly helpful through it all.

Even though I’ve had to come back several times because I still can’t see clearly with them, she has never once shown frustration or a bad attitude. That kind of care is rare these days. She always greets me with a smile and goes out of her way to make things better. It truly is a blessing to find someone like Audra, who genuinely wants to help and make sure things are right.

I'm still struggling a bit with these glasses, but I know I’m in good hands, and I trust that Audra will help me get it figured out. If you're planning a visit to the Walmart Vision Center, I highly recommend asking for Audra—she’s wonderful.

I went and got glasses and contacts a few weeks ago and everything is great with my glasses and contacts.The day I went I was greeted very nicely by Sona and Mary Ann. Sona was quick to help me order my glasses and contacts! When I went to pick up my glasses, I was greeted nicely by Mary Ann and Kaylee, which again they were super happy and polite! Mary Ann helped adjust my glasses and they fit me just fine afterwards.The team that they have here is amazing and I recommend this place for new people that need glasses or contacts. I want to express my deep appreciation to Alexis, of Walmart Vision and Glasses Highland Village. She was kind enough to adjust my glasses for a better fit, despite having not sold them to me. The result was that my glasses are much more comfortable now, and they do not slide down as often as they did before. I cannot overstate the value she provided by performing this act of service.
