Went to buy wire for the house electrical and didn’t have the 4 wire yellow cable we needed so we decided to go up a Guage. We got 15’ cut off and ended up costing $42.00. First of all that’s extremely expensive. Started walking to the counter and noticed a role of the same wire, 25’ for $44.00. You can’t return wire after it’s been cut and neglected to tell us. I started my Christmas Shopping here first, because I like to shop local and because I often find unique items. Yesterday I attempted to return an unused item that I had bought at regular price (not a sale item) less than 48 hours earlier, but upon return it was identified as a "no-longer-stocked item" meaning it was an unreturnable item. Employees really didn't seem to care as far as customer service. Conter person wanted to know if I knew how much items where. Mostly youth at the counter. One employee was hacking up a storm sniffing coughing had mask around chin. In this current climate you could see people visible uncomfortable.
