food smelled and tasted great. finished the whole plate. only problem was how rude the waitresses/hostesses were. I was standing at the concession area for 5 minutes and they just kept walking past me and my friend without saying a word or even making eye contact. I ask if there a menu we can look at or?" and she gives us menus and walks away. she doesnt come back for several minutes. so after being ignored and seeing her help people who entered the restaurant after me, I decided it might be easier to place the order through my phone. I come back to pickup my order and shes looking at me confused, telling me I dont have an order I never placed one, they dont orders through the phone. After she says "order? no no order on phone you did not order" I say "M'aam I have my order right here on my phone" she grabs my phone and stares at it, whispers something to herself and goes in the back to get it. I receive my food and try to get out of there because the service me and my friend were getting was just absolutely horrid but I realized I forgot to order drinks. I come back and im standing there for five minutes just trying to order two drinks i already know I wanted. She walks pass me several times as shes helping other people at the bar or people coming in sitting at the bar next to time. i say "excuse me but could I please just put in my order for my drinks". she replies "one minute". five minutes pass again she comes back and finally asks what I want. I order the guava juice and a margarita even though that was literally not what i wanted. I had explained and literally showed her that i wanted the mixed drink that had multiple pieces of fruit in it because I saw it behind the counter being made. she makes a weird face at me as im ordering and says i dont think you're 21. I tell her I will show you my ID as she was making this face because I had to pull it out to show her anyways right? she says i dont think so show me now" i say ok here and she says "hmm fine ok". overall just a very rude and terrible experience service wise. talk to all your customers with respect because you never know who is going to walk through that door. Talk to your waitresses and train them to not ignore certain people.... very disrespectful...

The stars are for the drinks and the decor at the bar. I had heard great things about this place and so did my friends. We went to celebrate a birthday. We had a party of 4. The food and service were not good. I understand being short staffed but there was no mention of anything for over 30 min while we noticed people who sat after we did got their food. I had to go ask the bartender for our appetizer finally. She was very nice. The empanadas were the best thing we got besides drinks. They came with lettuce and pico all over them which is not needed. The blue curaçao margarita is delicious and absolutely the best thing I had. Shots of patron helped too! Our waitress did not show empathy or understanding when we placed an order or when it was late. The other waitress/ bartender had to help her and she was very nice despite the fact our table was not hers. The flautas were dry and hard to chew. I ordered pork and pineapple tacos thinking it would be like carnitas or Al pastor. It was not. There were dark, dry over-spiced pork pieces. There was an additional spice on them that turned me off but I could not figure out what it was. Also they were too spicy hot so they burned by mouth. I asked to return them and I was given an argument at first and then the other waitress returned them. Also the beef tacos came covered in raw onions. I had asked for no raw onions on the pork because the menu stated they had them. The menu does not mention raw onions on the beef tacos so I didn’t ask to have them removed. I could not eat those either. Disappointed. I am not sure I would go back. Unless it just...

My experience here was absolutely terrible from the food to the customer service atmosphere. First of all when we first walked in it took us 5 minutes to get seated, also keep in mind there was only one other table in the restaurant. Once we were finally seated they didn’t bring us menus or anything so by the time our server came to take our order she realized she never gave us menus, I also noticed that some other people had chips and salsa and after reading some reviews we came to realize they always serve this no matter what and we did not receive these. Once our food came out which took approximately an hour (it was only us, the other table had left by this point) not only it was cold but there was a hair in one of the planets and in our other order of beef tacos we found a couple pieces of grilled chicken. The food was cooked terribly and it wasn’t seasoned properly, also the food being cold made the rice really hard and the beans became like paste instead of being more watery from when we first got it. The atmosphere was terrible there wasn’t even spanish music on and the 2 servers working were horrible, they were 2 bigger girls that were chatting the whole time at the bar like we weren’t there and to not mention they were also having some alcoholic drinks ON THE JOB. The owner leo was there with his wife and daughter, he came up to me to talk for a little the guy wasn’t the nicest he didn’t like some complaints we had made to him, also felt very bad for his wife because he wouldn’t stop screaming at her. Being said i would really recommend to stay away from this restaurant...

The waitress was not knowledgeable on the menu and didn’t know the Mexican dishes or what they contained. When the owner came in he justified it by saying she was new and was Colombian…(interpret those comments however you’d like) we waited a very long time to receive our order all to receive a “steak huarache” and get ground beef with whole beans! I’m sorry but if your Mexican you know Guaraches don’t contain whole beans but refried or mashed beans…now for someone to throw ground beef and call it steak…as I had to eat what I paid for the meat was tasteless! Now my friend got “Flautas” instead she got chicken tacos with rice. The pieces of chicken weren’t even shredded. The tortillas were beyond hard. There is a difference between tacos and flautas. I won’t even go into the whole questionable reviews because i know for some tortillas and maseca is used for many of our dishes but come on season your dishes, love what you make and don’t just throw whatever into a plate and call it a Mexican dish!

Huge disappointment for the third time! So mad I decided to give them another chance .10 years ago we lived chilangos and would go there to celebrate family birthdays. I should have learned from the past to takeouts to never ever order from them again. It seems like they just don’t care. I’m the picture I attached you can clearly see I said no cactus no rice. This is the first time they have actually left out the cactus and third time they disregarded my request in bold for no rice. and all of a sudden they don’t give chips and salsa with an order. Also- the little rice I couldn’t scoop out that ended up on my fork were hard and gross which makes me feel like they are using old reused rice which is disgusting especially on a Friday night. Will never ever eat there again and will tell everyone I k ow how gross this place is
