Worst Subway experience of my life, and I was recently at one in Florida where the entire computer system was down causing huge delays, no credit card or Subway cards could be used.
I can overlook a lot if something about the experience is exceptional. Bad service? A great sub will make it ok. Bad sub? Great service would ease the loss.
From the moment we arrived the sole employee was put out that we were making her work, even though the store didn't close for 2 hours. The outside lighting was off and the parking lot empty, we should have known then not to enter but had called ahead to make sure they were open.
My family was criticised on what we wanted on the subs, how we ordered it, what order we asked for ingredients, etc. Who cares if I ask for green peppers after you've added sauce?
She added a miniscule amount of peppers to my father in law's sub, and when he asked for more, she had already moved onto the next topping, and claimed it was "not allowed" and "impossible" to add more of a topping after a new topping was on the bun. WHAT? WHAT?!? Is that seriously a thing? What happened to service first and the idea of making your own sub the way you like it?
The ingredients were sub par and the subs built poorly. I used to work for Subway and am well aware of policies and procedures. The buns were under cooked. I know because the buns were chewy and they ripped when she cut into them.
The turkey was layered on the bread wrong. The bacon wasn't heated. The produce buns were frozen and much of the produce with it. The tomatoes were mushy and watery. I was given 2 pieces of bacon on my 12inch sub when it is supposed to be 4.
There were bins of gross dirty knives lying around.
Overall we were both insulted, criticised, and given a poor product. I will never go here again. There are half a dozen other Subway stores within a few miles, do yourself a favor and try...
Read moreOn this past Friday I tried to order on the app and they literally did not even say they were online yet until after 10am . So I could not use the app to order ahead when I got there the food looked like it did not been changed out from the night before. I almost walked out. It looks so bad. When I came in, and the place was completely empty they were too busy on their phones versus even greeting me. When I tried to use my coupon on my app, they said oh it won’t let me push the button so I didn’t even get to use my own coupon for rewards and had to pay a ridiculous amount of money. I went to go use the restroom before I left, but there’s too much toilet paper on the floor. Honestly, their attitude was terrible. They literally look like they hated being there. I will definitely be going to Jersey Mike’s...
Read moreFirst of all the lady taking my order has a rude attitude. I was the only person in line, but she was talking to someone who must have been checking a problem in the restroom for her (she was rude to him too) and also to another employees. She then had an attitude when I didn't respond what bread I wanted...I didn't know she was them talking to me, & couldn't hear what she mumbled! The biggest issue is how they get away with charging more than the advertised price! It's posted everywhere the meal of the day is $6.99. When I looked at my receipt, it rang up at $7.29 which I questioned. The cashier looked at the receipt and replied "that's what it is". Unbelievable!!! Oh, and that's a tuna sub in the picture if you...
