This evening as I sat down to write a review of the wonderful experience I had visiting Roberts Jewelers today, I noticed a very negative review made by a women just two days ago The remarks so defamatory, I could not in good conscience ignore it. First of all, Mark, the owner of Roberts Jewelers, is one most professional and kindest gentleman I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. This was absolutely the WORST experience I have EVER had in a jewelry store! Mark did not even acknowledge that another customer was waiting because he had a rich lady buying yet another piece from him! Left me standing for 45 minutes and when done with his rich lady ..just walked to the back like I was invisible! I was being judged by my appearance obviously. Such a beautiful store! The owner was so professional, highly knowledgeable, and very patient. I felt so at ease and I sincerely appreciated being treated so respectfully since I do not have fine jewelry experience.
