
I was initially hesitant to get a membership here as I had previously read poor reviews about customer service and a lack of accountability. I have had the membership for several months. I used it often, and more often than not my car would come out with some tiny little scratch. I never made a big deal out of it or said anything because most of them can be buffed out, and I honestly enjoyed the convenience of running it through the car wash. I also liked the vacuum station. Today I went through the car wash and as I was vacuuming, I noticed a scratch on the hood of my car. This one seemed to be a little deeper and definitely bigger than the others so I came back and let them know there was a scratch. I understand these things can happen and that it was my decision to keep taking my car back after the initial scratches. After today, initially, I was just going to cancel the membership and not utilize the services anymore. After the interaction that my husband had with Tyler, I decided that it deserved a review. The customer service and accountability is garbage. The initial woman manager I spoke with there was pleasant and kind. Tyler on the other hand, I will never do business with again. He is extremely rude. Disrespectful has no customer service or any idea how to work with people. As a business owner myself there is no way I would ever interact with one of my customers in the way that he did. He also completely denied the scratch on my car and told my husband that he has a camera that could see the scratch on my car entering the car wash. I highly doubt that they have cameras that could see something like that, and I truly believe that that scratch was not on my car before I went in. Read moreThis is by far the worst and less professional car wash I have been in the country! I am visiting from miami and decided to get my car washed. After exiting the car wash all four of my air valves got ripped off by their washing machines leaving me with the front right tire completely flat!! Which then I had to replace with the spare tire on site and the front right rear mirror was pushed to the front almost breaking it apart. I own a 2020 GMC Terrain Denali which I paid close to $50k to have it mistreated by some car wash. After bringing it to the attention of Phillip(manager on duty) he tells me that they won’t respond for the damages and about the mirror that it also happened to his car. Like really? Is that an answer you give out to a customer complaining about their car getting messed up? Now I have a bill of close to $100 for fixing their mistake and they won’t take responsibility. I have spoken to Tyler Leath and Sean the district manager and still they tell me that according to policy they won’t take responsibility. I am not happy with the situation at all and I think that you as business if you damage a car you need to cover the expenses. Two days later im still stock in GA and they won’t help me out. At this point I will have to make a complaint on the Better Business Bureau and escalate the situation to the CEO if necessary but this issue will get resolved and I will get reimbursed for the damages to my car. Read moreI can not praise the staff enough at this location... particularly Hunter... I was fresh out of the hospital after my FOURTH c-section with a 4.6lb newborn in tow when I met him... I was sleep deprived and living off caffeine and dry shampoo... I must have reeked of desperation... if you know; you know... lol. I had gotten a brand new Caddy as my "push present" and I was struggling with it... My daily driver is normally a (diesel) Duramax lifted on a 12 inch SuperLift with a 3 inch level and 38" Toyos... I was inexperienced with car washes... as I couldn't fit... lol. Hunter... one of the employees... changed out my drive out tag on my car that had expired; because I couldn't get the bolts off the plate... I was waiting to get pulled over or go to the dealership at this point... DESPERATE... He also told me how to put my car in N... educate yourself on a Caddy gearshift before you judge... and he told me I could turn off all these annoying features I complained about... which I was able to do later... It was late and I felt safe being there, distracted in the DARK crawling around vacuuming the evidence that my car had been used... I was able to do this solely because of the attentiveness of the staff. They were present... they were watching... They were engaging with others while they vacuumed out their cars... I do not plan on ever taking my membership elsewhere... To a new Mama... all these little things...
