What a JOKE! Visited this location this past Sunday to try their limited edition summertime blizzards (the Oreo cheesecake & cotton candy flavors) and they were out of basically every ingredient (understandable, but at least put a sign up on your drive through menu to let customers know!) The cashier stated which ingredients were out and so I changed my selection and said the Wonder Woman one and she informed me snappily with a sigh that it included one of the ingredients they were out of (I donât make the blizzards so how was I supposed to know.) I then asked what blizzards they DID have after naming 3 different ones that they were out of and the cashier rudely replied âthe ones that donât include the ingredients I just named.â Okay, whatever. I landed on the Royal rocky road blizzard and proceeded to purchase the rest of my order. When I pulled up to the drive through, none of my blizzards were famously turned upside down despite a HUGE sign stating that itâs free otherwise, and to make matters worse, when I got home to eat the blizzard that I already didnât want nor was thrilled about, my blizzard wasnât even mixed through, as half of it was pure vanilla ice cream, hand fulls and hand fulls of peanuts, and barely any of the marshmallow filling. Very disappointed after spending over $30 on half quality treats for my family. Donât waste your money...
Read moreI ordered a 4-piece strip meal (two be exact) and once I paid for the meals, I received no receipt from the drive-thru employee who took my order. Then, I was asked to move up to wait for the food which was fine, but there was another car in front of me and a big truck behind me. So, I parked in a parking space to avoid being boxed in and the customer behind me wants me to move regardless. I watched an employee come out of the store, give my order to another customer who was driving the truck behind me, and the customer drove off with it. I asked the employee where is my food and he didn't even know what I ordered. I told him what I ordered and didn't get a receipt. When the employee came out for the 2nd time, he came out with a club sandwich instead. So, I just knew his "head was in the clouds" when I told him the first time what I ordered and didn't receive it. With some firmness in my voice, I repeated the same order again and advise I waited long enough for my food. He came out with my food finally, however, no dipping sauce. I advised him that the order was given to the wrong customer and the customer drove off with a meal that I paid for. Although he apologize and I accepted it, people should ask first what they order before handing the wrong order(s) to people and food can be wasted. The next time I will go to the Dairy Queen...
Read moreI originally was in an excellent mood prior to pulling up to the drive thru. I was very polite and spoke clearly with my whole order. I asked for 2 kid's meal and when she asked what drink I stated sprite for both. I asked for medium fries for one of the combos. Instead of stating that they donât have it they gave fries and basically nothing on there and I ordered a basket. Now that I got home it looks like they prepared something for a dog. I asked very manner-able about my order and the lady on the drive thru mic immediately got an attitude as if I asked her to pay for my food. She made it feel like I was bothering her and she screwed up my whole order. They had to then charge me again for things they left off and asked me to wait, while waiting I noticed another mistake on my receipt so I went in. When the manager immediately asked, "Are you waiting for the kid's meal," I said yes but I also noticed another issue on my transaction. She also took a deep breath, rolled the eyes and gave me attitude. If my kids didnât want to eat the damn food I would have never stopped. They were all in the car and witnessed the foolishness and I refuse to act a fool in-front of my children. Absolutely ridiculous. I will tell everyone I know donât go back there, itâs funny because when I come inside in my uniform everyone...
