I am very disappointed with my experience with this business. Understanding the disruption to business given Covid, we attempted to place an order on the phone with the business directly. We were instead told to place an order online. We placed an order online and paid $106 for the upgraded size for an arrangement of roses and lilies. The order arrived to the recipient on time, which was a positive, but we were disappointed to see that the arrangement was mostly greenery. We called multiple times to give the business an opportunity to rectify their failure. Our calls were not returned by a manager nor the owner with a solution. On many attempts, our calls were unanswered. The business failed at multiple stages of this transaction mostly due to failure to communicate. If flowers for our arrangement were not in stock, we should have been called with alternative options instead of just having it filled with much cheaper greenery. If greenery was all that was available instead of the more expensive flowers we paid for, we should have received a credit amount. I recommend avoiding doing business with this...

I am sorry to post a negative review about a business, but this was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a flourist. I called to order flowers for mother's day and asked a few simple questions about the specifics of the order. The representative who took the order was very short, impatient and said she didnt know the answers to my questions. They were very simple questions such as the size of the vase, number of roses in the order, etc. She hung up and then did not answer the phone when i called back. I know they are busy with mother's day and probably have more than enough business, but I would recommend going with a different flourist. I called another flourist and asked the same questions. The lady who took my order was very polite and helpful. She quickly took my order and answered all my questions. 1st Flowers and Gifts was not interested in providing good customer care and will not recieve my business in the future. Very disappointed with this flower shop! I called And ordered a spray for Steve Whitley’s funeral and not only did they not take a picture as I asked to send to me, they did not fulfill the order as requested! I asked for a banner to go across the front with Timpson Bear Band and it was not on there! Steve’s dad was our band director and we wanted him to see this and know we were thinking of him. I called and spoke with them to try and figure out why our order was wrong and the lady told me to give her my info and she would have the business office take a look into it and call me!
