JCPenney — Local services in Hobbs

I will never go in that store again. I went into the dressing room to try on 3 items. I found one that fit better than the other two. I went to the counter to check out and she wanted to know if I did not want the other two items. She pointed to the rack that the where two items were removed by me to try on in the dressing room and stated how much they cost. Then she wanted to know what I did with them. I told her they were left in the dressing room. I guess that pleased her. I should have told her to call the cops and that I will not answer her questions. I have shopped in Penney's since 1968 and never experienced this type...

Nothing is priced as marked. Granted most of it is cheaper than marked, but if you are shopping on a budget it makes it kind of hard. The staff we dealt with was not very friendly and spoke so softly it was hard to understand her. Merchandise was decent but don't expect much enthusiasm from the staff. Could possibly be a management issue. I have seen the manager yell across the store at the employees asking if they had lost their minds. Not very professional and definitely doesn't create an atmosphere for enthusiasm from staff. There is a time and place for correction, and that is...

Well I order thing and intend on picking them up at store. They can never find them and all the while I’m getting emails that I had picked up items, this has happened the last two times and the people give me the complete runaround. You need to call or I get an email saying that it’s ready for pickup only to be told that it isn’t there yet....call the call center and they say it has been shipped......go back and it isn’t there.....my god. Just forgot about refund and knowing it would be another...
