Taco Villa — Restaurant in Hobbs

Wow!! After such a disappointing experience at the Lamesa Taco Villa (owned by different owner), I have to say Hobbs made up for it!! It was worth the hour drive to get the heavenly goodness that is Bobby Cox owned Taco Villas! 😂 at 10 pm the manager Mark was so welcoming and friendly, his staff was so nice and they made sure our food was fresh and delivered in a timely manner!! Sooo... I went back just a few minutes ago for lunch... I would only give our lunch experience 2 stars... 🙁I am so sad to say that. The girl at the drive through handed me the food so quickly after giving me my change, I had to drop said change in my console. She did say thanks and shut window... I had to honk to get her attention.. a different girl came her name started with an A maybe Aleah? I asked her if we could have our drinks please. She just shut the window! 😳 Then after making the drinks she just hands them to me without a word, like it was an inconvenience to do her job! So as we start driving I stole a fry from one of my kids and they were stale and cold! All of our fries were that way... 😭 at least my burrito was delicious! I think I will only visit at night! Went into Taco Villa at 10:30a.m.on 12/16/2023 to get a drink for my wife step into the restaurant to wash my hands and noticed that the toilet still had fecal matter on it that appeared to be dried and definitely had not been cleaned in a while but meanwhile I went ahead and placed my order for a large drink and a bean burrito while getting my drink another customer accidentally picked up my order and took it to their table upon realizing that she had not what she ordered she took it back to the counter as to where the manager on duty wanted me to take it after it had already been touched by another customer obviously or she would not have known she had the wrong food did not offer to correct this until I decided to leave we can brag about the salsa bar all day long but nasty is nasty how big they did remake my order. order # F-1516 if there is this many Health violations that can be seen visibly no telling what the...

I'm only giving 4 ☆s for one reason. Food is great...salsa de villa is amazing. Could be hotter tho lol. Dr.Pepper has got to be the best tasting Dr.Pepper in town. My issue is when ordering any burrito they ask "green/red sauce" I always get red cause it goes good with my meat burrito I always get Well I never get to the sauce until my last 2 bites. I've seen it being made and all they do is put it in the middle....they spreading it left to right that way itll be ALL OVER the burrito. Dont deprive me of my burrito fix now lol.
