Something or Nothing — Local services in Hobbs

I used to think this was the spot. As a hobbs resident I never had a bad experience u til now, maybe it’s the new employees but I used to go in there and they knew what they were talking about. I went in there today because Saturday I purchases an item I’m which I gave the employee specifications, clear specifications, she showed me an item bacislly exactly what I needed but the lid was broken, obviously used, under that was another product w the same packaging so I asked her if that was the same she replied w a certain yes, so I didn’t hesitate to check, I get home and it happens to not be exactly like the on she showed me, matter fact it was nothing like what I needed and it was 60$ plus tax. I go back to the store the following day to trey and exchange the item, an employee tells me there is no way the manager is coming. In for that come back tomorrow. So I do , I just walked out of there upset because “the manager” looked around for a while when He blurred out “ if you don’t have a receite I can’t do nothing” like if He was just fed up w me. Moral or my story,, this place is OVERPRICED and UNDERTRAINED. I will never go back to a store that made me spend 60+$ and are not willing to work w a customer that has been visiting the store for 5+ years....

Please Do Not Do Business to Business transactions with them. They Will Not replace bad inventory that they sell. I spoke with the owner months ago pertaining to some bad inventory I received from one of her distributors and was assured it would be "made right." A few months later, the distributor guy shows up with completely different products. After I rejected them, I was again assured that they would "make it right" once a new shipment arrived. I have yet to hear back from them and I have contacted the store and left messages for the owner on several occasions. Again, Please Do Not Support Such A "Business". This was my 1st visit, i found then via Google and I am so happy with my 1st time shopping experience. The people were super friendly and very informative. They had no problem answering the 1000 questions I asked and had a great sense of humor. I love this store. They have to cbd products, which is a huge plus amd they have tons of other things. Its nice just to look around , you're guaranteed to find something you didn't know you needed. Lol. Great store, great people grear experience. The prices are a little high compared to where i came from in Arizona but the people and great customer service make up for the prices. I will definitely go back ....
