Not all of my shopping experience at Thriftway is Poor/Fair, the cashier's are extremely nice and friendly and I have got to know most of them. BUT, I don't know what happened to your old baggers that use to be there, but the ones you have now are not helpful AT ALL!! I am disabled and no matter how many groceries I got I always had someone (if not several of them) offering to help me out to my car. I am not suppose to lift more than 5 lbs and i'm in a wheelchair, so it's not hard for them to see I need help, but NOBODY ever offers to help or just goes with me out to my car. Today I saw a few guys out in the parking lot gathering up buggies and they all looked right at me and just kept on going. I'm very disappointed in the service now. Her kindness and patient was welcoming. Having her make my day a lot better is something I will never forget and come back to this store for.
