Thriftway — Local services in Hobbs

Not all of my shopping experience at Thriftway is Poor/Fair, the cashier's are extremely nice and friendly and I have got to know most of them. BUT, I don't know what happened to your old baggers that use to be there, but the ones you have now are not helpful AT ALL!! I am disabled and no matter how many groceries I got I always had someone (if not several of them) offering to help me out to my car. I am not suppose to lift more than 5 lbs and i'm in a wheelchair, so it's not hard for them to see I need help, but NOBODY ever offers to help or just goes with me out to my car. Today I saw a few guys out in the parking lot gathering up buggies and they all looked right at me and just kept on going. I'm very disappointed in the service now. And it's pretty sad when more customers ask me if I need help...

Owner or manager,!!! I want to tell you about one of your employers. Here's her name, Frances. I went in this morning not having the most ideal of days, but she's awesome. Her kindness and patient was welcoming. Having her make my day a lot better is something I will never forget and come back to this store for. So much potential but the staff, in general, ruin it. I can almost bank on the front people dropping the fruit into the bag so it hits the hard surface and continue dropping fruit onto that fruit until the fruit has all been dropped. This evening I went to give s compliment to management about a young male employee and the manager very disrespectfully greeted me with, "you don't need to be back here..." accompanied by the appropriate gestures and body.
