I am baffled by all the positive reviews on this page. These must be friends or paid reviewers, or people that just lucked out dealing with this company. I have been dealing with specifically the women in charge for over 3 months now! She is rude, unprofessional, incompetent, lied to me on numerous occasions and overall should be shut down if she actually owns the business. I sent out a cluster for repair 3 months ago from CT. I next day shipped it because we are a business our self's and needed it back right away. We used her because she promised a same day or next day turn around time. I did not receive any phone call for over a week. I ended up calling and she tells me its not fixable and we need to purchase a replacement. I agreed to purchasing a replacement threw her and even payed threw Paypal to speed things up. I asked how long, she said she can send one out next day. Then a week goes by and nothing. I called, she made excuses and basically told me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone. Another week goes by with multiple texts, and voicemails left.. and still no response. I decided to call off my personal cellphone and she picked up before the first ring. Gave me another absurd excuse and brushed me off again. I call back couple days later and now she wont pick up to my cell or office #, so I call off of another employees personal cell and she picks up first ring again... Seriously? After 3 months of dealing with this lady, I finally received the cluster, and it was not as promised and damaged. I had to call off of another random number again, explained the issues with the new cluster she sent out and then asked for my original back because I was just done with the games.....it took another 2.5 weeks even though she promised next day.....Just a complete joke all round. Read moreBEWARE! Worst company and horrible customer service with Lowest Better Business Bureau rating (F) We sent in our instrument panel cluster for repair and paid through ebay. Within one day we received a call from them stating that our cluster could not be repaired and needed to be replaced at an additional cost of $150 which we immediately paid. It's been over 6 weeks. We did not receive the cluster when promised and they will not answer their phones or return text messages or emails, even when we had ebay intervene to resolve this issue. Ebay was great in refunding our money paid through them and assured us that their rating would be reduced so future customers would not be duped like we were, but we had to take care of cancelling the additional payment we made directly to AutoXpress. Unfortunately, we should of checked the Better Business Bureau site before dealing with this company because AutoXpressTech has their lowest rating because of so many complaints identical to ours. Upon further research, we have discovered that everyone has the same complaint against AutoXpress Tech. They are famous for having you send them your instrument cluster, then calling you for additional money, never sending you a repaired or replacement cluster and no longer taking your calls. BUYER BEWARE! Do your research before dealing with this company. Oh, by the way, they keep the instrument cluster that you are required to send to them for repair. ...
Read moreTHANKS FOR MESSING UP MY GAS GUAGE NEEDLE- Horrible service- misleading and false advertising. I went with this repair service through ebay because they had all five star reviews and it advertised that they would call you upon receiving your part and when they shipped it back to you. I never received the first phone call but was going to not worry about that since it was through ebay. I received my Volvo DIM cluster back & now the gas guage needle will not work. The gas gauge needle goes to the same spot each time engine is turned on and will not move. We contact this business and are told to return the part. We return this part- at our expense- and it was received on a Wed am. I hear nothing and by the following Mon- I get concerned. I had emailed the business the previous Sun pm to see what the status of getting this fixed was-heard nothing back- so I decided to process a return request through ebay so there would be a record of my return. Shortly thereafter I get a response and a refund- saying my part is on its way back. I finally get it back on Thursday evening after sending multiple emails to business again asking for tracking info(no response). Guess what!- the gas gauge needle is still messed up - so I am out of the two times I had to ship this item and they ended up creating a problem- not fixing it. I was very patient with them considering I was without my car for shy of 4 weeks....
