The head pharmacist wouldn’t give me the time of day to listen to the issue at hand.. he refused to speak to my doctor about my medication and how to fix the problem, he said infront of other customers that I was “doubling up” on my medication. Now after being 5 years sober this past September this really set me aback. He then threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave and stop asking questions. He said he will deny filling my prescriptions if he “feels” like it he made everything very tense and I felt intimidated so I left.    Read moreThe pharmacy was ridiculously slow and unhelpful. Dropped a prescription off at 3pm received no phone call about medication cost being higher then usual . Show up to pharmacy medication wasn't ready and pharmacy was no help what so ever . Made us call insurance company about copay and made me do all the run around work when it's the pharmacys job to do so .    Read moreThe 842 South Franklin Street Holbrook CVS pharmacy has awful phone call wait times. You can wait 20 minutes and then be put on hold again for a protracted period. I complained about the wait, and got put on hold again without a word, perhaps punitively. They express no remorse for their wait times.
Just now they even have the audacity to text me saying they are closed a half hour for lunch! Who does that?
Many of the their texts are cryptic, imploring you to respond, when they are not comprehensible.
Pharmacy staff have no time or no initiative to provide friendly service. They execute their function with as little customer interaction...
