Iāll ask for a blue raspberry RedBull drink and Iām handed a large ice tea or a bright red cup. Iāll ask for a hot and get handed an Iced coffee - even after re-confirming itās hot 2-3 times (as this is an everyday occurrence). Staff will come back to the window and re-ask you what you ordered⦠serval times⦠and still it doesnāt come out right. Iām not sure if a new system is needed, but this isnāt working. Iāve sat behind multiple cars and can overhear āI didnāt order thisāā¦. Why donāt you read back the order and confirm the order?
Did they take the top staff from all the different stores when they first opened? This place is amazing each and every-time. The drive thru wait times are short - the orders made accurately and with care. Everyone is always kind and open to giving suggestions on menu items. The menu is huge btw (look at the website). They have a pancake sausage sandwich š. Itās so good. They also have Red Bull infusion drinks - the blue raspberry mixed with mango is my go-to š.
