so i have been going to this store since they opened,always found what i needealledand Dave an employee has always helped me over the top.today dec 10 2021 i took my 13 week old german shep pup to bath him,WHAT A MISTAKENO HOT WATER AFTER I GET HIM COVERED IN SHAMPOO;my girl asked for help 3 times,but noone and nothing so i took off my sweat shirt and took my puppy home soaken wet wrapped in my sweatshirt to get soap off of him.I went back to get a refund and kate was called to deal with me .she CALLED ME A LIAR AND REPEATED THE FACT THAT THERE IS PLENTY OF HOT WATER.....review the film from dec 10th at approx 3;12 pm in the bathing booth,,youll see my lil pup shivering freezing cold,,but still NO HOT WATER,,IN EITHER SINK.worst customer experience ive ever had,IF she worked for me i would fire her self and her attitude,,but i guess thats how TRACTOR SUPPLY LETS THERE EMPLOYEES TREAT THERE...

Love the store itself. But I took my puppy to get a wash and they had no hot water. I told the cashier Kate She said she would be back there in a minute my puppy was shivering cold. We had to dry him the best we could covered in conditioner and freezing water and bring him home to finish washing him. Went back after to get a refund and the manager Katie basically called us liars. Because when she went back there , there was plenty of hot water. My first visit at this store: I went in searching for a bed for my dog who’s a chewer. I was very disappointed with the young woman working on the floor. I assume she’s paid to assist customers. She was holding a lengthy conversation with what I assume was another customer about their pets, showing each other pictures on their phones.
