Burger King — Restaurant in Holbrook

One of the worse burger kings I have ever been to in my entire life. I have been here on 3 different occasions and they have all been horrible. I should have never returned after my first bad experience here. In the morning the barely have breakfast. No croissants to make sandwiches and one time they had no croissants or sausages. They always do not have a certain item and the wait is always longer than 10 mins when you do order something. Today was my worst experience I ordered a single bacon king waited over 10 mins asked for ranch the charged me for that too as if I did not just pay for food and wait as if this wasn't a fast food industry I want my food fast. And for them to take as long as they did today my burger was practically raw. Weird disgusting texture and very undercooked. I will not be returning to Burger King for a while and never to this location. Beware and just stay clear of this Burger King. I also would have went back for a refund but I was already late to return from my lunch break and had to explain to my boss I was in Burger King drive thru line for over 10 mins with only 2 car in...

First off they said the drive thru was closed so me and another car full of people went in to the store to order. Then not 5 minutes later they were taking drive thru orders. Then i placed my order which i repeated 3 times to the girl behind the counter she kept saying ok. Took my order went to my car and the order was wrong. Also bought a shake that was our liquid not even semi solid.Went back in to get it fixed was greeted with attitude then she went in back to speak in her language to no doubt complain about me. Proceeded to make the order again and handed it back. I again went to my car where once again the order was wrong. This was the worst burger king I have ever been to. The people in the other car couldn't even get ketchup they didn't have any in the whole place. I have never heard of a fast food restaurant not having ketchup. I would never go back there and will be telling everyone i know to steer...

It's pretty much hit or miss with good / bad / horrible service. I've gone sometimes and my order was quick and accurate.

I was in the drive through line for 15+ minutes without moving. When I finally gave up and came inside there was a long line and no one at the register taking orders for at least 5 minutes before I just left. Friendly workers overall but they seem to be either short staffed or inexperienced most of the time. Large orders are missing items like sandwiches or onion rings. Ice and milkshake machines are often down.
