Tried to give a small local place a chance but quickly regretted my decision, upon entering I was met with a small sitting area with no A/C and a couple small fans providing no cool air to the dinning area, I noticed that in every picture of the menu prices just keep going up this was apparent by the fact that every price on the menu had be covered by a hand written sticky note and I understand prices of small business going up with cost of operating going up for everyone but this had to be some of the lowest quality cheapest meat I have ever had in my life $9 a plate is ridiculous for the portion and quality that’s a $6-7 plate at the absolute most they are charging $0.75 for a half filled tiny thing of Yum-Yum sauce the mark up at this place is just ridiculous the fried rice was greasy and hard and the chicken tasted like the lowest quality thinnest chicken I’ve ever tasted it gray in color and barley tasted cooked! I got a drink from the cooler and the drink was basically hot the fridge barley even keeps the drinks at room temperature the kitchen staff are using their bare hands the whole entire place is just dirty low quality and a waste of one’s time and money I hope no one ever subjects themselves to the Rip-off that is...
Read moreI came in at 8:45. There was nobody there accept the 3 people working. I was greeted quickly. I had never been there before so I was informed of the menu. I ordered the teriyaki chicken. I was asked if I wanted rice or noodles. I said noodles. The cook came over and showed me pictures of the chicken and shrimp teriyaki. I switched my order to that. Then I noticed they had sides like egg rolls and spring rolls. So I added 2 egg rolls. When I went to pay it was more than expected. I asked her and she said noodles were more,I was never told that. So I paid the extra. I got it Togo. I got home and started eating it. It was very hot, which was good. Now comes the bad part. The chicken was way over done. The shrimp was the size of a dine or smaller, nothing like the picture. They were over done as well. There was no flavor at all. I was told vegetables, broccolli carrots and cabbage. There was 3 pieces of tiny florets, very little shredded carrots and cabbage. So the main meal gets a f+ at best. Now the egg rolls were better, but not much. I give them a c- overall the employees get a B. I will give them another try in a couple months to see if they get the quirks worked out since...
Read moreWowie. We went here because of the good reviews. This is not a hidden gem. Yes, the inside looks like the outside. When you walk in, there's no AC. You're handed a menu with only 2 sides with extremely basic food to choose from. There's only a drink fridge so you have to buy bottles of what you want, which the building is so hot the drinks were barely cold. We were served our food and she not o n c e came back to ask us if we needed anything our entire stay (an hour and a half, most of which is waiting for a check) and it left us having to go up and wait for her to come out to get a box and a check. To add, the food had absolutely no taste. The teriyaki chicken just tasted like chicken with grease. The white rice for the "Japanese" menu was so greasey there was no difference between the meat or vegetables and you were basically drinking it. I wanna say this is the worst expirience dining out I've had to sit through. We ordered two plates and it came out as $28 dollars for the quality of food to taste worse than old gas...
